20/1/2020 06:31 | Agree with p1nk, he can’t give any detail away so there’s nothing really to read into. Hopefully see a good week here now L&G are out. | cureboy
19/1/2020 20:10 | Sykes words are deliberately non-committal as he can't confirm or deny anything unless done to all shareholders at the same time. Even debating it is probably a waste of time, however, it is interesting. | p1nkfish
19/1/2020 19:21 | It's a hard one to interpret form Tim's reply to peter could mean there is something up his sleeve I'm saying that strategic turnarounds take time and exactly the last paragraph of what you have written is what I want... Any respect, its irrelevant if debt is down and strategy starting to work. Dividend will reinstate end of this year to imho | kirk 6
19/1/2020 19:05 | Pink, KirkWe must be reading different emails. Peter says that the FSP should be concluded to not distract/annoy pis/mmsMr Sykes responds he wants to get it done but it's out of his control and the interim update should help appease them. If not he'll deal with it.Any respect, its irrelevant if debt is down and strategy starting to work. Dividend will reinstate end of this year to imho | lewis winthorpe
19/1/2020 18:52 | I have to agree aswell with most of that I'm not expecting top notch results by any means as you say it takes time. What I expecting it BOD to ditch the FSP ? Remove uncertainty, drive business growth alone and win new contracts in 2020 like we have been turning a big corner which has gone totally unnoticed with the FSP. With such a small mkp and mediocre results I would expect 200-300% once the FSP noise has been removed | kirk 6
19/1/2020 18:48 | noise could be the jamboree when we get a 105p bid | onjohn
19/1/2020 16:46 | Nice try. Haha. What hes saying is that he wants the FSP to be done by end of Feb at trading update. However he doesnt know if it will be because it's out of his control. He thinks the the half year update on new business will suppress any concerns over the FSP. If not he will address it.Jog on bull$h1t shorter.Btw expect debt to be well under 30 mill then too. | lewis winthorpe
19/1/2020 16:24 | If the CEO is about the announce stellar H1 performance or at a sale at a premium to fair value what dissent is he preparing himself to deal with amongst shareholders? | whatthe
19/1/2020 13:24 | I reckon about 300k ish left then we are straight back to the 50s | kirk 6
19/1/2020 12:45 | Yep, less than 200,000 shares left after Fridays disposals and probably less than 100k by Tuesday. | 97peter
19/1/2020 12:38 | Is l and g out | onjohn
19/1/2020 12:08 | Agree cure, the share price will now go up as L&G are out of the frame, no PI’s or II’s selling the spare shares will be hoovered up and share price increase rapidly, I reckon 3-4p per day next week, getting to hopefully 61-65p by end of next week and a bid conclusion RNS? | 97peter
19/1/2020 11:56 | I actually think dividend reinstatement, if it happens, will result in an share price increase to around 80p alone. Though I don’t think they should necessarily reinstate it, those funds could be better spent elsewhere building a stronger future for the business. Only one reason it’s dropped from 61 to 41p and that was L&G, nothing to do with business performance. | cureboy
19/1/2020 11:42 | This will be above 50p next week as new and existing ho,ders, pile in at cheap prices of 44 - 49 ready for the update to either go it alone or accept what I believe is a cheap buyout at 125p. Any less is a sell out by the BoD. | 97peter
19/1/2020 11:21 | Like this but from peters chainLetâs see how the commercial markets react to the situation as and when we report our new business figures. If that causes noise in shareholder ranks, I will deal with it. | kirk 6
19/1/2020 11:20 | Agreed Cureboy positive news likely early February | kirk 6
19/1/2020 10:46 | Maybe rumoured is the wrong choice of word Kirk, but I’m basing it on all the positive news we’ve heard in the last 6 months or so - new strategic contract win(s), new partnerships agreed, APF launch, positive last trading update, hinting at dividend reinstatement etc. There’s been a steady flow of good news. | cureboy
19/1/2020 09:20 | Can you confirm where the positive update is rumoured ? Peters response last night hinted to something ? | kirk 6
19/1/2020 08:12 | AGM in a little over a week. If they reinstate the dividend it will be a big show of confidence. What do people here think the share price would be if that were the case (with a positive trading update as is rumoured)? | cureboy
19/1/2020 08:04 | Money where mouth is js. | p1nkfish
19/1/2020 07:05 | JonStrawberry18 Jan '20 - 13:04 - 6636 of 6655 This company, with these products, these people, these customers and this revenue - IN THIS MARKET - should have a market cap of 500m right now (this is conservative vs it’s peers’ multiples). Nice 360p here we come | onjohn |
