The product matters, all I can assume is they want to demo to blow investors away with the capabilities and features all integrated into a seamless package that can be rolled out in modules depending on the customer need - upsells possible.

FSP result can be a anytime and I dont expect before AGM.
Expect the product demo to blow the price higher if it pulls all elements together with the Business Network, APF and Analytics with Fraud Detection. Buy & Sell side across SME, Large Enterprise, Charities, NHS & Local Authorities/Police etc.

These capabilities pulled into a well designed suite with good UI and is worth $$$.

After deep pockets see it, if demo'ed well, expect price to run.

AGM is a week tomorrow and they have already been told that no new news will be issued. As such, I would expect an update on the FSP prior to the AGM so investors can digest before the 10am meeting. Today's rise is likely due to L&G having sold out, which is great because its likely to continue without negative selling pressures. Would expect us to be at least into the 50s and possibly into the 60s by this time next week.

Think this is buying pressure after L&G are out. About time. The good thing about that is that unless another large holder starts selling, we should get a clear crack at 60p in the coming week. A couple of months ago this motored in one day to close around 64p, so we could see some real momentum coming soon.

Looks like the overhang is clear, Those final 275k -330k sales yesterdays are consistent with Legal And Generals estimated remaining balance.
No volume available at 44p , could see a nice bounce from here .

Doubt you'll see much movement ahead of next trading update.

Sales process likely fizzled out by now, and expect that to be made clear at the same time as a broadly positive update (that way they get to deliver bad news with good, and make it harder for shareholders to hold them accountable for failing to sell the company).
