23/1/2020 12:28 | Good news via lse hxxps://www.proactis | cureboy
23/1/2020 12:26 | 97Peter that email seems rhetorical, at least if it was sent to me I would treat it as such. Do you actually expect a reply? | chinadog3
23/1/2020 12:06 | what are you smoking PJ0077? ACSO has no cash left and a balance sheet stuffed with goodwill and intangibles! No wonder it has announced a review today of its balance sheet. It will need to raise money PDQ IMO. | daburd
23/1/2020 11:18 | Patience all. This is just another shake of the tree to unsettle a few more PI’s. The last few 25,000 released are probably remnants from L&G? Let’s all bunker down until 29 Jan 20 and AGM, plus I have e mailed Tim again and asked the following? Morning Tim, I know the AGM is next Wednesday and may be the platform to announce whether a takeover or bid of 115p from the US investor or Amex has been agreed and approved with BoD and MM’s. Or the catalyst to announce progressing well and staying stand alone, debt down and a 1p divi starting in April? The private investors I blog, speak to and meet monthly are just in need of a decision and some clarity? I really do hope that if a merger/takeover is the best for Proactis that we don’t sell out under £1 a share as PHD is worth double that with its services, products and partners. Good luck and see you next week at AGM. Peter Smith | 97peter
23/1/2020 10:27 | PJ, I doubt it. The market knows already, no high expectations imho. "Noise", yes, major collapse from here? Doubt it. | p1nkfish
23/1/2020 10:08 | The difference between ACSO & PHD is that ACSO has a sound Balance Sheet. The downside for PHD if it's Formal Sales Process ends in 'no deal' will be far larger than -20% | pj0077
23/1/2020 09:53 | Tree shake? What's going on? | tomv33
23/1/2020 09:34 | All we can do is say what we see & avoid fantasy wishful thinking. It will be fine but a massive spike so people can get out - I doubt it. More a slow grind unless some catalyst suddenly lands but all things I have considered are already in the public domain. Any ideas? | p1nkfish
23/1/2020 09:20 | I think PHD has been affected by the collapse of the ACSO FSP. They were incepted at similar times although very different businesses so I feel confidant we won't suffer the same 20% drop of ACSO if the PHD FSP is halted. | daburd
23/1/2020 08:52 | Someone else selling down now? All round numbers | coldspring
23/1/2020 08:01 | Good news is this trading range is forming a decent base imho but might be here a while. Moves and volumes not been convincing. Will shift when catalyst finally arrives - imho, dyor. | p1nkfish
23/1/2020 07:56 | I very much doubt the market believes the FSP will lead anywhere. With share capital reduction and demo at AGM etc PHD is lining up announcement that it will remain independent imho. By end of Feb it will all be history. | p1nkfish
23/1/2020 07:50 | £300k, that's about 0.67% of market cap. We need a multiple of that as buys to shift this. FSP etc all in public domain, a catalyst needed. | p1nkfish
23/1/2020 07:46 | Would like to see this double before any bid is announced | kirk 6
23/1/2020 07:38 | £300k ploughed into this share in the last couple of days so something is afoot... | cureboy
23/1/2020 06:24 | should rocket on bid | wton1
22/1/2020 18:07 | It's going up over time imho. AGM will be important point in time. Not sure about shenanigans though. | p1nkfish
22/1/2020 17:51 | nothing conspiratal about it. Seen it done before first hand. Supply and demand maybe with mms expecting the worst and not wanting to be left holding the baby, could explain the 500k buys rising to 3.5p and then 40k sells at the same time dropping it back to 2p rise. Interims will reduce the mm caution IMHO. | lewis winthorpe
22/1/2020 17:40 | I don't think conspiracy theories wash. It's just supply and demand and wait until AGM product show and tell. | p1nkfish
22/1/2020 17:38 | People.in concert have to be declared I believe and certainly above about 950k shares. | p1nkfish
22/1/2020 16:56 | Hopefully it’s a bidding war situation. | cureboy
22/1/2020 16:53 | Could be separates, more than one interested party, have to declare around a million shares dont they? | lewis winthorpe
22/1/2020 16:48 | Thanks for your post Lewis. My only query is that it must be multiple separate entities doing the accumulation otherwise surely we would be getting notifications with the FSP in progress? | coldspring
22/1/2020 15:44 | I think its accumulation tactics, say you buy 200k at 30p, others then buy and it rises to 40p yet you still want more below that, you sell a few blocks of 25k leaving 125k and others sell too, you then buy up the sellers stock at 42p and the cycle continues.More prudent in an FSP environment. If you are going to offer 80p per share and have confidence the shareholders will agree, you mop up as much as possible under that. | lewis winthorpe |
