If the news was already out then the market reaction is already known from yesterday. Seems a muted reaction as the purchase price is unknown. There's no information on Payapps annual turnover and we don't know if they actually became profitable.

My guess is they trying to take the buzz out of it by holding it down for a while,
how this is legal I do not know, but there is 1100 shares only available to buy.

Then I guess we go to 3p and there will only be 15000 shares to buy.

Twitter and Linkedin are the best way to get news these days payapps and autodesk was all over both yesterday morning by the looks of it when I was searching yesterday evening.
