Just had a look at the trades on Thursday and Friday, no one sold in the massive rise, just restricted amounts of buys and low volume day, from the prim website it looks like four people hold like 48 percent of the company and 2 or 3 company’s hold around 45 percent of the stock, so looking forward to Monday, hoping it will drop back a little for a chance to get some more at a lower price. What will the Market Makers do if not one sells any stock.

It’s all about Fresho now, As soon as we are told the Payapps sell price prim should double in share price, but fresho for me must be a 3 billion valuation when compared to Grubmarket who raised funds on 1.4 billion valuation recently and want to float at 2 billion doing nearly half the run rate of Fresho, using grubmarkets valuation that’s 80 million plus for prim that’s 14 times whole market cap today.
of Prim with a share price of 56p is more like it.

There should be a block on new investments.share buybacks and dividends.

They have had.money incoming from bmn they should have bought back shares in the 2 s the share price was daft .

The reason I keep mentioning grubnarket Is that could very well be a potential exit route for fresho.

Unlike fresho who have grown organically their expansion has been by acquiring assets ...not only that they are claimimg their plans are to grow their annual.run rate to $100 billion...and to continue buying other value accretive assets ...

Know of any that could help this ... ???

Fresho for me though is everything, and I mean everything, I think fresho is worth 180 million to prim with its 4 percent within the next 15 months maybe a lot sooner, I hope fresho have a money raise which will show what fresho is worth today on yesterdays new released performance figures.

We have now here a once in a lifetime situation been gifted to us, never again will I see something or be invested in anything in such an incredible position ever again, once this is all done here I will achieved my lifetime dream and not being doing shares again as nothing will come near what’s going to happen hear ever again.

It's hard to understand how anybody would conclude that a fintech company such as payapps which has raised $70 mill in the last few years and that is clearly having great success would suddenly sell out for less than its investors and owners had put in ...😂😂;😂

That's what bigslime is suggesting ...

Oh great lets sell out and just get our money back ..😂🤣🤣🤣 or take a loss...

Much more likely to be seeking a multiple on their; investment or why else sell...they have done the hard part building the app and gaining huge customers to subscribe ..

Payapps raised $50 million in 2020 ..c $70 million in total has 40000 customers and process $12 billion in payments annually .

What utter tripe ..
The point about Autodesk is it has deep pockets and as it's floated on Nasdaq even an all share offer is no problem..with liquid mkt cap $58 billion the most likely reason for not stating the price is Autodesk will want to place/dilute ..your assertion does not make sense as payapps controlling shareholders have agreed the price and they have no publicly traded share price to protect by not disclosing bid price . It therefore makes it a much higher probability that it's actually a significant bid as it's only Autodesk who have publicly traded shares and a floating share price to protect . It's you who seems naive and have got this completely the wrong way round . Payapps have zero reason to request the bid price not to be made public whilst Autodesk have plenty .....if they had agreed a low price Autodesk would be jumping up and down to tell shareholders ..do you have any investing experience at all? It's not apparent to be honest .

This low ball offer is just nonsense and bigslime clearly has an agenda ..

As for private equity not having the same value now ..a sweeping statement ..

Explain how grubmarket "private company" has attracted $200 mill at a$2 billion mkt cap...which coincidentally has similar annual run rate to fresho..

Bigtime lol you say before it goes under, you wasting your battery power with utter dribble, we have many investments, money in the bank, and no debt, how you are not breakeven or above at 4p is beyond me, maybe you are feeling the pinch as you are short or sold out over the last few Months, bad luck for you but please don’t post your dribble here,
hard luck and move on, you missed the boat, maybe you trying to talk things down to try and find a back in position, as you know it’s a game changer here now with two red hot investments. I’ve got 3 Months wages on this and happy to hold to see payapps and Fresho fruit to winners for prim, please let us enjoy the next few weeks, we all deserve a little break.
It will be great if we see 5p Monday.

Fact, a 58 billion pound company is buying payapps and prim own 2 percent of payapps.

Fact, Fresho are doing numbers now 100 percent higher than a similar company which is valued at 2 Billion, and prim have invested to 4 percent of fresho.

Fact, Prim has no borrowing and money in the bank from Bushveld and into many other investments.

Fact, we have an incredible low market cap to these two incredible company’s we hold percentages and looking to come very good.

We’ve been here before. Payapps is a tiny investment, and pvt eq isn’t being valued as high these days, so they’ll be lucky to get their money back and won’t make up for the losses elsewhere such as cph2
newbies are going to be v disappointed but then they’ll be out in a few days

Fresho maybe is “the” investment at the moment for anyone, and by miracle prim has it, you have to buy prim to be in fresho.
