Any Newbies here, there has been a lot of selling from long term holders just before the Linkedin Posts from Payapps Autodesk and Fresho.

Is it the same poster with 3 accounts, I think so, what you think and what is fact are two different things, no one is interested in your negative thoughts to try and push the share price down so as you can get in at a lower amount as you regret selling prim.

The Facts are the Facts, given to us by Autodesk, Payapps and Fresho with Links on this thread.

Please decline from ramping this lower on your personal thoughts it’s misleading to others, Newbies here be warned these posters will post anything to try and get the price down, even pretending to be holding long.

It would assist if the company gave yearly estimates of net asset value for each of the investments in line with industry practice; it's the norm with VCT and other investment company type businesses.

To have no idea of the nav leads to Investors really investing blindly. Add to this the poor disclosure of information regarding turnover, profit or losses at the investee companies and there is little to attract investors apart from the periodic ramping from the regular gang who will disappear just as quickly as they appear.

The mkt doesn’t share your excitement, it’s very odd there’s no mention of even a ball park figure! If all shareholders have accepted the offer and PRIM haven’t released an RNS then the amount is not materially significant to the share price

IFM expects the transaction to complete in February 2024

IFM’s private equity funds have held a significant minority stake in Payapps, with the initial investment reported to be approximately $50 million.

Nice problem to have, what to do with the windfall coming, with the board holding 30 percent of the prim shares I am sure they will distribute a dividend, maybe the size of todays market cap depending on Payapps sale amount, we then have 4 percent of Fresho and a percentage of weshop, Alteration Earth and Clear Power for free also Bushveld money in the bank.

Primorus has no exposure to BMN. The loan plus interest was repaid last year.
