kinbasket, if you think Prim is getting 2.9 million, get your shares sold and go then, this will then give me and others a chance to buy at 4p.

The truth is a lot of long termers sold here because of the whole Market conditons, and now a few I guess want in again and will do anything to try and bring the share price down first.

you are the one stating fact and pulling numbers from the Sky.

Also you say prim may or has been diluted under 20 percent, which again is untrue, as prim just announced it holds 2 percent of payapps like a week ago.

Enough with this nonsense already.

It's not a billion dollar sale.

In March 2023, PBT group sold it's 5.8% of Payapps (last recorded percentage I can find) for A$14m.

At that valuation Prims 2% is worth about £2.9m

However, I can find two rounds of funding since then so we've been diluted from that valuation. Maybe there's a small premium but who knows.

What we do know is it's not a billion dollars so give it a rest and stop with the stupid ramping garbage.

and every sell always met with another buy,

Still no payapps price.

As soon as they release the price I doubt there will be chance of topping up if it is a Billion dollars sale, so I will have a top up today as it cannot be long to wait now.

Volume was so low today you cannot really make this up. Long term holders not selling in to the massive short term rise the last 3 trading days, but also no new investors, Prim is completely off the radar at the moment.

Might as well take the payapps money, distribute, and give up on any new investments, please.

chutes please call betterup by his first name, so one Big7 can keep up and two the chap is coming on here answering questions for us he is allowed to answer which is good of him.

Big7 maybe you are right on this occasion, maybe if prim cannot disclose the offer price, then maybe this share should be suspended now until they can tell the market as someone will find out sooner or later the longer the wait is.

I say suspend us as soon as possible and if anyone wants to get in get on with it before they do.

Chutes why do you call him Paddington? And it’s never been 0.1p, we are almost as low as it’s been , if you go back long enough it was equiv to 300p
So most “investorsR21; aren’t too happy.

Can you clarify what value may be attribited to our stake in Payapps, in order to sort out a few squabbles, and are you excited about Fresho going forward.

Chutes, Apols for not replying directly.
I can not give specifics but the whole reason that we did a capital reorganisation a couple of years ago was to give ourselves as many options as possible with shareholder value in mind. As you know I own a quarter of this company and so fully aligned with other shareholders through the good and bad times.
All options are clearly dependent on the money being in the bank.

About 6 Years, I gave up on paying Advfn hence free account. I’m up now here but down on all my other stocks, so this will be my last investment through to Fresho.
