Western I really hope there is a Special div too,

But I am hoping the price is a Billion Aus Dollars at 2 percent Uk Sterling Eq of 10.3 Million Div, which is nearly double initial investment plus everything else for free like Fresho and Bushveld monies etc.

We all know it will not be £300 million Aus, The IFM would never have accepted that amount.

I carried out another scan of whole internet and media in my lunch break and nothing on payapps again.

Will they waste money again like they did on cph2 and rambler etc?? Rather special div of 3p to shareholders seems like figure is £3m (2% xA$300m) coming our way which MM factored into our price at £6m mkt cap

Any sellers you can get 4.13 for your shares if you want to sell to let someone buy in, they will let you sell plenty.

It looks like the Market Maker has to have £500 of shares on the offer, so the only way you can get shares is £500 worth at a time at 4.5p.

no shares showing on level 2 on prim on the buy side at 4.5p
and they will pay well over bid price for your shares now if you wanna sell,

I cannot see how they are managing to hold this down, no way will the IFM be agreeing to sell their payapps shares unless the offer from Autodesk is significant as chutes has already said.

Surely we going to see 5p today or this week before we get the Payapps price, there clearly is no prim shares available to buy.

Still nothing on the value of the deal, just done another scan myself and nothing, prim share price has hardly moved up at all.
Will prim share price double, treble or a lot more, cannot be long to wait now. Payapps biggest investor(IFM) said that they thought the deal will be concluded in Feb 24.

Meanwhile Autodesk market cap moves up another 1.7 billion this evening. (3 percent) Just sums up where we are with Payapps and the market in Prim is asleep to it.

Share price today is not priced in for IFM doubling up, We should go 10 11 or 12p

always price a discount to what it should be and we are at 9p at worse which is a 100 percent profit before Feb 28th 2024 according to IMF on completion expectations.
