11/1/2024 18:57 | They should liquidate everything and return funds to shareholders. A lot of novice mistakes have been made by current and past management. They are not able to realise any shareholder value. A £1m into Clean Power! Who does that into an unproven IPO? I see one of the Directors netted a quarter of a million pounds last year from share options! They have tried it and it has not worked out. Time to close the fund and company. | hj996

22/9/2023 08:38 | Yes was thinking it was less but your right £910 k plus 10% per annum interest . I think the money is probably safe as there is intersted parties in BMns assets so BMn itself is safe it's more the equity that is at risk and prim is a bondholder . Prim would likely get paid even if the equity gets wiped out to tidy up the picture and leave others to divide up the assets . Although I doubt their bonds have first charge as Orion are owed $80 million and it's not clear in a fire sale if their assets would be worth that . Bmn are awaiting ratification of a new finance deal from spr which immediately injects $8.1 mill so need to keep an eye out for the hopeful conclusion of that deal. | megaman2
