11/10/2007 08:32 | Could this finally be on the move. Lets hope it can close above the 175 mark and above its 50 day moving average. i got in a couple of days early but hopefully will break even today | bornagaintrader
03/10/2007 21:39 | 5 recent, substantial director buys by 5 different directors @ prices between 162p and 179p. | grim
17/9/2007 18:30 | Thanks Bungo | curlly
17/9/2007 15:31 | Curlly, I'll be honest and say I wouldnt buy today even though I bought 1 month ago and was prepared to pay more. I still think PFL good value but dont like the look of market and PFL chart. I'm hoping it will bounce from this level and it might. Could be a roller coaster ride this weel with volatility in the market and Fed rate news. I would definatelty see close to 140p as a buy should it get there and turn! | bungo
17/9/2007 13:49 | Bungo at 163p do you think this is a good buying point. I got some at 184p which i thought was cheap and i feel its time for a top up. | curlly
17/8/2007 10:12 | Taking a risk and back in at 174.5 this morning. | bungo
16/8/2007 21:14 | I see 177p as a good buy price for the very brave in these markets .... I may well hold off for a while as think things are going to be volatile until Oct at least. | bungo
09/7/2007 13:50 | Out again at around 207 for a V small profit. I like the look of PFL but the markets look a little nervous to me so cashing in a little. | bungo
12/6/2007 11:50 | Back in at 202p this morning. | bungo
17/5/2007 11:51 | If you look at the five year chart, we're only just revisiting the foothills. Still losing money on my holding bought around 240p yonks ago. But results up and coming - they could finally show its pulling itself up by the bootstraps. And its a live bid candidate. | broadwood
10/5/2007 18:21 | Sold today at 224.75 which might be a mistake but I'm happy to take profits having purchased at 142p. 225p is a strong resistance level IMO but if it breaks through convincingly then I think it will go to around 250p relatively quickly. If it drops back much I'll probably purchase again. | bungo
04/5/2007 21:54 | Goldman is neutral Premier Farnell (LSE: PFL.L - news) (raising the target to 202p from 193p)...... well done Goldman - just a bit late though! | bungo
20/4/2007 08:55 | Talk of predatory interest in FT today! | bungo
19/4/2007 16:04 | Thanks Bungo. | curlly
19/4/2007 14:36 | disposal reducing debt, good results, directors buying, big institutional buys, high yield ......... Expecting resistance at around 225p though. | bungo
19/4/2007 10:45 | Anybody know why the push north with the share price | curlly
30/3/2007 13:17 | Is it a break out or is it time to sell and buy back at 190p? | bungo
25/3/2007 03:41 | 23rd Mar UBS says buy Premier Farnell (cutting the price target to 240p from 260p) so at least I agree with one. | bungo
24/3/2007 04:10 | Very positive bounce this week despite broker comments of which the best I saw was hold. What do they know (sheep) ... 29 Million disposal of loss making unit, director buys, high yield .... my target is 250p - outperform. | bungo
22/3/2007 16:34 | closing on 200/200.7 - beautiful. | jonck
22/3/2007 16:08 | It must be continuous directors' purchases, optimistic director-speak and the recent disposal which is the basis for this upswing. | gorse
22/3/2007 16:01 | Well don't say it again then..LOL. Nice rise though back up. | jonck
22/3/2007 16:00 | If it breaks 200p I think things will look very good. Last time I said that the market took a tumble! | bungo
16/3/2007 15:58 | The performance today is so far very encouraging considering the general market ... lets hope thats a taste of things to come. Will be interesting to see if blackrock increase holding further. | bungo |
