Curlly, I'll be honest and say I wouldnt buy today even though I bought 1 month ago and was prepared to pay more. I still think PFL good value but dont like the look of market and PFL chart. I'm hoping it will bounce from this level and it might. Could be a roller coaster ride this weel with volatility in the market and Fed rate news. I would definatelty see close to 140p as a buy should it get there and turn!

Bungo at 163p do you think this is a good buying point. I got some at 184p which i thought was cheap and i feel its time for a top up.

I see 177p as a good buy price for the very brave in these markets .... I may well hold off for a while as think things are going to be volatile until Oct at least.

Out again at around 207 for a V small profit. I like the look of PFL but the markets look a little nervous to me so cashing in a little.

If you look at the five year chart, we're only just revisiting the foothills. Still losing money on my holding bought around 240p yonks ago.

But results up and coming - they could finally show its pulling itself up by the bootstraps.

And its a live bid candidate.

Sold today at 224.75 which might be a mistake but I'm happy to take profits having purchased at 142p. 225p is a strong resistance level IMO but if it breaks through convincingly then I think it will go to around 250p relatively quickly. If it drops back much I'll probably purchase again.

Goldman is neutral Premier Farnell (LSE: PFL.L - news) (raising the target to 202p from 193p)...... well done Goldman - just a bit late though!

23rd Mar UBS says buy Premier Farnell (cutting the price target to 240p from 260p) so at least I agree with one.

Very positive bounce this week despite broker comments of which the best I saw was hold. What do they know (sheep) ... 29 Million disposal of loss making unit, director buys, high yield .... my target is 250p - outperform.

It must be continuous directors' purchases, optimistic director-speak and the recent disposal which is the basis for this upswing.

The performance today is so far very encouraging considering the general market ... lets hope thats a taste of things to come. Will be interesting to see if blackrock increase holding further.
