10/12/2009 17:34 | Q3 results today certainly stirred things up, with a rise of 9.6% on the day. | deanforester
20/11/2009 08:45 | Banged out this morning will wait to see what the results show Best of luck to the people still holding | ch1ck
16/11/2009 15:22 | Had a nice steady rise 3rd quarter results Dec 10th | ukinvestor220
14/11/2009 10:26 | Still more upside than downside on this share.I reckon. | john148
10/11/2009 22:50 | That's obviously it. I'm surprised that it takes them so long to cotton on to the value in this (and other) share. | deanforester
10/11/2009 18:26 | Due to broker upgrade? Premier Farnell raised to buy from hold at Deutsche. Sorry no link. | enami
10/11/2009 18:16 | A hefty rise today, on no apparent news. None of the market close E-mails seem to have noticed it. | deanforester
19/10/2009 08:41 | Bought back in today it looks like the cut back from the recent highs is about to turn. | ch1ck
14/10/2009 21:02 | Nice call ukinvestor.Up 5% today.A timely reminder of this shares potential. | john148
12/10/2009 09:15 | time alone did tell - maybe now could be the time to get back in for the 190p reiteration BUY, or even a 175p reasonable target ?! | ukinvestor220
15/9/2009 22:30 | With interim dividend maintained and no bad news, I'd like to think that 175p is a reasonable target price. | john148
07/9/2009 00:21 | The reiterations may have been before the results, but the price action on Friday, combined with the director's share buy, might suggest that they are right. Time alone will tell. | chrisg
03/9/2009 20:32 | Yes but those reiterations were before the results | gswredland
03/9/2009 10:16 | 02-Sep-09 Seymour Pierce Buy 190p Reiteration 28-Aug-09 Panmure Gordon Buy 190p Reiteration I'd hope to pick them up at nearer 140p myself... but hey-ho the analysts ought to know best... | kiwi2007
03/9/2009 09:32 | Results out today with a maintained dividend, but eps down some. Consequence the market decides to knock them down by 7%, to about 151p. Probably a good buying opportunity for a steady income generating share. | deanforester
05/6/2009 21:36 | GMT [Dow Jones] UBS lifts Premier Farnell (PFL.LN) target to 130p from 120p. Sees a less severe deceleration in momentum in the North American marketing distribution division than at peer Electrocomponents (ECM.LN). Says this is partly because Electrocomponents faces tougher year-on-year comparatives going into April/May, but brokerage also sees MDD correlated with US semiconductors, where the rate of year-on-year decline has stabilized somewhat. However, still thinks US manufacturing activities will suffer severe negative operating leverage and expects distribution operations in the UK and Continental Europe to be pressured. Keeps at neutral. Shares -1.1% at 131.3p. (ANT) | john148
05/6/2009 12:55 | definitely not feeling lucky.on the other hand when market goes up it goes down and market goes down it goes down more, all sign indicating bussiness improving in many company such as kingfisher or atleast not going down ,what about pfl any comments | a.ahmed2
08/5/2009 23:06 | Profit taking and the fact that we still have some time to go before shares go ex dividend.I reckon that in the current climate it really is a matter of 'Do you feel lucky?' | john148
08/4/2009 17:12 | What led to today's fall, then? | deanforester
01/4/2009 15:18 | Looks good today, I am in from 119 yesterday. | enami
19/3/2009 20:16 | The very fact that the company has maintained its dividend is a good sign in itself and if the share price also rises to 160p, then I'll be a happy man. | john148
19/3/2009 14:15 | Recovering well, buy reiteration from Seymour Pierce, price target reduced from 210 to 160 | enami
19/3/2009 08:51 | Results seem to be poorly accepted though I have not read them. Have not held here since over 200 and looks like could drop below 100 | enami
30/1/2009 21:07 | Not long till year end.If we get no bad news before then and the company maintains its dividend then I reckon we will see share price moving upward. | john148
28/1/2009 17:14 | So, financing sorted. Onwards and upwards? | deanforester |
