31/8/2023 07:32 | Great results. Slightly baffled that a distribution policy has yet to be agreed. Discount to nav at 60% is huge - going private? Suet | suetballs
20/7/2023 09:36 | Hoping it's gonna pop soon , especially with results end of next month. | its the oxman
19/7/2023 14:19 | Think it's a case of stringing together some good numbers and delivering further nav. Was rated well before and when interest rate cuts come it should race higher. Rate peak getting closer now so fingers crossed. | its the oxman
19/7/2023 09:52 | I wouldn’t be surprised if these are taken private via a management buyout. I think it’s quite a hard sell to public investors to invest in a listed hotel / real estate company that pays such a paltry yield. I know it shouldn’t matter but for listed real estate it does. There’s clearly some value here and we know that seldom lasts long. Either it turns out to be a mirage; or it finally catches a bid; or it’s arbitraged away via a take private or merger. | catabrit
19/7/2023 09:45 | Surely a buy again c.1060p. Market leaving these on the shelf for now. | its the oxman

29/6/2023 11:06 | ...so became a shareholder! | sailorsam1
29/6/2023 10:51 | Agreed. I use PP 2-3 nights a week on London and they have become incredibly expensive last few months but also often fully sold out. Must be making tons | sailorsam1
29/6/2023 07:38 | Hotels rates for this summer are on the moon, they are going to make a ton of money, great portfolio of properties, well run and getting back to sold compounding | catsick
29/6/2023 07:28 | For once an update well received by the market. Suet | suetballs
29/6/2023 06:30 | Great trading update - performance materially ahead of market consensus. Hopefully see an uptick this am. Suet | suetballs
01/5/2023 18:37 | very difficult company to get the gist of IMV. some non standard transactions which muddy the waters, and which makes me doubt that the share price will ever reflect NAV. quite high gearing and the sector they're in surely means things can get messy very quickly, though they do not have much lease exposure which significantly mitigates that risk. they do seem pretty savvy operators though and work very hard to drive NAV higher by recycling capital and partnerships. | m_kerr
03/3/2023 10:45 | Nice share price rise this am. Jeffries likes and ups tp from 1300 to 1600 - hold to buy. Suet | suetballs
02/3/2023 08:08 | Yep, v good results, with nav now over 2500p. Bring on further recovery. Massively undervalued. Lots of upside when rates fall and a cyclical market recovery properly takes hold. Meantime accumulate I guess. Importantly, current trading looks pretty positive. Nice to see a div again and hotel property fund adding some value perhaps going forward. Only time will tell on the later. | its the oxman
02/3/2023 07:13 | Happy with the results - this is a quality small company looking to expand. Suet | suetballs
28/2/2023 13:27 | Looks like you caught the bottom! | rthak
23/2/2023 13:01 | Bought more at 1020p yesterday so relieved to see it recovering slightly. | its the oxman
21/2/2023 20:53 | Mr Putin is not helping but surely plenty is now in the price at this level. | its the oxman
21/2/2023 11:25 | I wonder what’s driving the decline in the SP? Maybe the lack of yield? This looks cheap vs book value and the strength of the management team. | catabrit
21/2/2023 11:10 | Hope we can hold above 1000p Not sure if we are missing something here, driving this so low. Hoping results will reassure. | its the oxman
21/2/2023 08:07 | I'm back into these after being out for a few years after a nice run from 2 pounds to 15 , these are primed to do well, extremely well run company , weathers storms well although the share price doesn't reflect it, at well below half book value and enjoying extremely high room rates still we should see a healthy recovery in the share price at some point in the next couple of years | catsick
17/2/2023 10:10 | Added a few today c.1050p. | its the oxman
15/2/2023 22:49 | EPRA NRV is expected to be materially ahead of the latest figure published in the 2022 Interim results (H1 2022: GBP21.88) as a result of the Group's faster-than-expected recovery after COVID-19.Surely extremely undervalued. When will the market address this though is anyones guess. Falling interest rates will help I suspect meaning now is the time to buy - I hope. | its the oxman |
