Astrazenica/Oxford drug trial news probably going to help this today...
UK has ordered much more of this drug than any other.

I bought a few. Taking a 3 month view, hotels probably set to gain most QUICKLY from covid vaccination program.... People are pretty desperate to go on holiday.

Not sure, didn't think they were desperate for cash, one of the strong attractions here v the likes of carnival, but I guess if cheap money is on offer it's very sensible to secure access to it, and this would probably of been decided well before the latest covid news.

New £30m Santander facility for a wholly owned subsidiary can cause cash dividend restrictions.
Wonder what that means exactly?

Decent enough results given the circumstances. Big upside one day I hope, it's judging the bottom as it bounces along sideways. Great locations will be in favour again one day won't they?

I think pph will take a while to really get moving. Not many will want to stay in a hotel at the moment.
But by the end of the year I believe this will be a lot higher.
A vaccine would also make a massive difference.

With all the easing (and better airline news) this has only one way to go - I hope!

A bit of a bounce since the lows.
Probably supported by a look forward on London, and other city, (long term) property values (NAV).
I chose it versus IHG ("asset light" model) for that particular reason.

Not holding here - but wondering if the debt is a concern?

Obviously a CV19 hit in the short term...
