14/7/2022 14:28 | Quote from HUI We are working closely with PHE to create a project pipeline of HUI plants incorporating PHE's DMG technology on the European continent - for free!!! Altogether : Who's sorry now...' ...and chorus: 'Lemmings & Mushrooms' | caesararnold
14/7/2022 13:35 | Why don't PHE seem capable of doing that work themselves, so potentially preserving more benefit for PHE shareholders? | ken chung
14/7/2022 13:10 | Quote from HUI We are working closely with Powerhouse Energy Group PLC to create a project pipeline of Hydrogen Utopia plants incorporating Powerhouse†hxxps://www.hydrogen | schofi2
14/7/2022 13:06 | Unfortunately some truth there. Hui are relieving the dodos at PHE of our money | juju44
14/7/2022 12:58 | Altogether now! Mr.Riley leading: 'Its a long way to Tipperary!' If PHE ever gets there! Howard has been busy! Correct me if I am wrong but not only is PHE financing its first, and possibly its last, EEC opportunity but it has agreed to release HUI from having to pay any upfront fees to PHE for future sites. PHE is now in competition with HUI in the EEC! HUI! Beware! with PHE's dynamic marketing skills you'll find it difficult in getting new sites! Second verse(in minor key) Quick change artist, Mr White, leading ' which hat are you wearing now?' Third verse: Altogether now in chorus: 'Lemmings & mushrooms' | caesararnold
14/7/2022 11:55 | A bit more PR :- | skinny
14/7/2022 11:00 | More good news for PROTOS site. PLANS to transform an area near Ellesmere Port into a hydrogen hub and reduce the nation's carbon footprint have moved another step closer. | grahamwales
14/7/2022 08:17 | Considering the market as a whole has been getting bashed lately, PHE has bucked the trend and made gains every day for a week now. Suggests to me we may have finally gained traction and will hopefully steadily climb from now on. 🤞🏻 | cash2020
14/7/2022 08:11 | Nearly 100% buys this morning | talldarkslim
14/7/2022 08:02 | Eqt - come back in three years time and it just might be worth a dabble - imho. | tenapen
14/7/2022 07:57 | Eqtec is currently a train crash but hopefully it will improve. PHE is now set fair with 4 sites and an increasing share price. | talldarkslim
14/7/2022 07:24 | chung - laughing at you .... for coming on this thread to promote EQT hahahaha - you plonker EQTEC plc (AIM: EQT), a world innovation company enabling the Net Zero Future through advanced solutions for hydrogen, biofuels, SNG and other energy production, announces that, further to its announcement of 4.50 p.m. yesterday (the "Launch Announcement"), it has successfully completed the Fundraising which is now closed. The Fundraising has raised £3.75 million (before expenses) through the placing of 233,385,650 Placing Shares, subscription for 73,614,350 PrimaryBid Shares and subscription for 443,000,000 Subscription Shares, in each case at an Issue Price of 0.5 pence per share. | tenapen
14/7/2022 07:15 | Two more red flags:1) Why is PHE having to pay HUI a non-refundable £400k for having done work towards the SPV, when HUI could presumably have done that work at it's own expense as part of its own contribution? What was that work exactly that cost so much and what was the hourly rate being charged? 2) Why are PHE having to lend HUI £600k, instead of HUI having a placing and dilution to raise that cash themselves? Instead it looks like the dilution may be passed to PHE, who could need a corresponding placing at some point in future.Lemmings and mushrooms only. | ken chung
13/7/2022 20:22 | The Protos starting gun was fired last week when Peels FOAK plastic park was given the go-ahead. Today's JV - RNS with HUI only adds to the feeling that the low is in and as news comes in about the growing list of DMG projects ...... I'll go find the pictures Daniel is posting about. | tenapen
13/7/2022 19:02 | Well!! Some nice pictures of the trunking for cables etc and ground work going on at the Protos site today with more Heavy machinery on site!! Nice to see | danielgreen797
13/7/2022 15:17 | They will get more desperate when the first units in England Ireland Poland and Scotland come to fruition. Bring on those annual royalties and the cash machine will be in business. | talldarkslim
13/7/2022 13:32 | A bit of PR :- | skinny
13/7/2022 13:26 | I don’t think I’ve ever seen the troll farm so desperate! 🤣🤣 | cash2020
13/7/2022 12:49 | Another red flag is that security for PHE's £600k loan to HUI, is HUI'stake in the SPV, instead of a stake in HUI itself. So if the SPV goes pear shaped, PHE would be left with HUI's worthless stake in the SPV and be £600 worse off, plus the non-refundable £400k they are paying HUI for doing whatever it is they are supposed to have been doing so far towards the deal. | ken chung
13/7/2022 12:43 | MMs really struggling now, putting sells as buys to try and artificially bring the price down. You're not kidding anyone boys. | schofi2
13/7/2022 12:16 | They would be better to move to the Eqtec board where there is a real train crash of an investment (sadly). | talldarkslim
13/7/2022 12:01 | Looks like the market doesn’t agree with the doomsayers. | vatnabrekk
13/7/2022 11:37 | Looks like the new management team have some ideas to drive this forward. We should start to test the 12 month high later this year. | talldarkslim
13/7/2022 10:39 | MMS struggling to keep the price down. Must be short. Bring on the filtered blah blah blah merchants. | schofi2 |
