23/1/2023 13:54 | vatnabrekk, note:.1) Probably a five year or more lead in, so nothing to get excited about. 2) If PHE were to participate, presumably they would they have to pay HUI say £500k, to compensate HUI for the work they do on it?3) If HUI were to get a 70% EU grant and thus a free ride, would they then require PHE to fund the other 30%? I would. It's all hypothetical anyway, as neither have even a working system at scale, which is still some time away in itself, and PHE haven't yet solved the challenge of extracting sufficient hydrogen economically, if I am correct. | ken chung
23/1/2023 11:39 | Now they tell us? One minute it's their project and nought to do PHE, as they intend delivering an unknown version of DMG next week read its in partnership PHE.This stinks of gas lighting typical of the non .... types that think we all get entertainment from BS . | allinforabigprofit
23/1/2023 10:29 | Doesn't matter a jot whose system it is if they are working on a 50/50 JV basis. | vatnabrekk
23/1/2023 09:00 | Proposed Joint Development in the Municipality of Walbrzych in south western Poland: For those who keep suggesting that HUI is going it alone and abandoning PHE, check out this comment: "At HUI we intend to work with our partners in Konin, Powerhouse Energy Group plc, to determine the most appropriate system to be installed in Walbrzych." | vatnabrekk
23/1/2023 08:50 | Same old same they can sign MOUs LoIs all day long they need to tell us about development schedule? And recall PHE, already have a working machine and kept silent about the Scottish Government stance that DMG be incineration. HUI, to follow the same tact? Therefore no Eu, grants. | allinforabigprofit

18/1/2023 13:06 | Car crash interview. I couldn't watch, only listen and it's not pretty. SWECO no longer involved in permitting, etc? Need some refinement on that or SWECO, only handling compliance of whatever their machine is called? The MOU, means nought and does appear to put some existing players out of the park? I believe the words struggling to exit CEOs mouth are EPC? Or just maybe just C? Was great how Alex blurted out America would be easier obtain permitting, etc, as if really done a lot of research State by State to compare (LoL). On the positive side at least their Polish language skills came in useful. All this money that has been offered by this Polish company and it's free! Yeah, right. Makes little to no sense? I guess this is the style of CEO HUI, does employee. I guess no one in German was interested? But this is only a MOU. To summarise the CEO, HUI, sounded parity with an alarm bell. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. No pun intended. Time will tell. | allinforabigprofit

16/1/2023 14:07 | Just to support what Vatabrekk has said. Thank you. Keith Riley said [check out the website you destructor] So, 2023 standS to be an important year for PHE and we have started the year by announcing new directors for the Board, including the appointment of a new Non-Executive Chairman. I will now stand down from my interim chairmanship, which will allow me to focus on my executive role and drive forward this transition. We have also appointed two new non-executive directors. All three have been selected for their ability to advise and assist the Company to grow into this new role. Developing projects incorporating our DMG™ Technology will require skills in engineering, project management, law and finance, whilst maintaining the high level of governance that the AIM market listing requires. I think we now have that mix on the Board and look forward to working with them, the existing directors and all the team in PHE and Engsolve (our engineering associates) to make it happen. 16/1/2023 13:53 | Riley was holding two positions, Chairman and CEO. Riley has stepped down as Chairman because they have just got a new Chairman. Riley is still CEO. So Smokey is right. So who's the clown? Try to keep up Ken. | vatnabrekk
