spreading negative news - 'youre aving a laugh'

the spreading of negative news is managed exceedingly well by the company.

As I said I am ready willing and very able to go after the crooks involved printing shares to cover the MM's.

Why isn't KA suing the MM's if they have mis-led him ? Surely he represents the injured parties ?

The first thing you should be doing is trying to gather evidence to support your claims and the first port of call for that should be KA followed by the broker involved and the market maker.

Only then will you be in a position to request the FCA to investigate.

Otherwise story is - man invests £500,000 losses the lot and claims foul practice - you need evidence

You're right, bobby. If I was involved in any of these scams, I would be getting rather nervous right now with the spotlight being shone on it, and the start of the investigation!

Wouldn't want MM to get caught. Short at this level !!!!Especially with a big investigation going on about their malpractice Their mates and buddies who spread negative news may also get dragged under !!!Imagine being naked short at time of great news'!!!

Oh dear another booby by Bobbyb4 Of Warwick.... whenever the share price drops he blames everyone except the company and himself for his investment decisions.

Falling share price over the last 12 months?
Accounts with errors in them, no planning decision, no contracts, no sales, no working commercial unit, delays, error strewn RNS...etc. Not forgetting the sales by significant shareholders.

So instead make false allegations as usual.

If only investors had taken advice from say a qualified Chartered Financial Planner they would avoid putting substantial investment in small high risk investment.

I am with you Bobby- absolutely indefensible that the BOD would agree to a Placing following an approach by a dodgy broker or MM that has lined up a client to participate.

Placings should only be driven by commercial and strategic reasons established and initiated by the BOD.

If KA has been taken advantage of as an unsuspecting BOD member I would suggest he is either incompetent or complicit

How do you recover your losses , FOS is just £150,000 so I guess its legal action- provide the evidence and I can recommend a top 100 law firm.

Yes I agree that's why I have referred this to FCA to investigate but I would imagine they would start at the market makers positions prior to the placings that's where I would start ??? I will also seek to talk to the CEO of NTOG he seems happy to highlight this corruption on the record I like both your attempts to deflect the story again with flippant remarks and suggestions the BOD are complicit The companies are always carefully vetted by the MM to make sure they deal with known early capital needy companies who will require early start up capital to progress its story Easy for brokers to spin a good yarn to Unsuspecting BOD Good try Pom and dolphin

Need to get directors to disclose if they have acted in the best interests of shareholders and why did they allow shares to be placed to cover naked shorts, all presuming that it has occurred.

I would consider signing, as long as the objective was sensible. Any idea why the auction? Didn't seem like a huge rise to me.

So it looks like the bod are using PHE to fund their research and dev project at the expense of cash cow share holders, while using a related entity to protect themselves and ultimately the IP.Too harsh? PHE delists in the future and shareholders lose everything but the business continues privately to return to the market as a new legal entity and a clean slate.Too cynical? £75k would buy them a top class project manager with plans and deadlines, raid logs, a clear vision of delivery the whole caboodle... but instead they meander from one financial crisis to the next.Glad I made a few shekels trading these at half a penny but the risk here is as high as any on my watchlist... perhaps only RM2 more of a basket case. All imo dyor ofc.
