26/7/2018 08:31 | We're due news in a few weeks, and if that is positive it should make a substantial difference. | vatnabrekk
26/7/2018 08:12 | Yes looks that way but this can bounce pretty quickly also. There also appears to be a buyer around at this level also with the ability to sell so many on a dummy trade ? So maybe a stand off at this level for a while | bobbyb4
26/7/2018 07:57 | Looking at the chart and recent trades it looks like with no news this will trade down towards 0.35. MM and a regular seller is creating this price drop in share price | mertymcs
25/7/2018 17:14 | Anyone going to the AGM... could you keep us updated on here? | simoore89

25/7/2018 14:30 | If i could pose a question for the AGM. Did PHE have anything to do with the two newspaper articals in the Sun/Telegraph ! highlighting PHE and was the fund raising that followed days later, was it pre-planned or did they react to the interest in the shares, from the two pess reports ?. Also the poster that came on here and directed posters to his all singing and dancing private site. Did PHE pay for the content to be added to the site ?. Hopefully you get the idea, if not worded well. Regards. | tenapen
25/7/2018 13:48 | AGM tomorrow. | new tech
25/7/2018 13:05 | Make sure you are at the AGM to put your questions, nelson. | vatnabrekk
25/7/2018 12:50 | Might have other questions for the auditors... | nelson5100
25/7/2018 12:21 | I imagine it's his number one priority at the AGM | fozdad
25/7/2018 11:35 | Bobbyb4....you don't live in Warwick do you? If such a multi bagger why such small holding by three directors and none by two others? Placing will be difficult with the share price below the nominal 0.5p per share. Under Companies Act must not issue below the nominal value. Reminds me , what price were the shares issued to Renewme Limited? 2016 and 2017 accounts and RNS list issue price for all the share placings but not the Renewme Limited placing. Perhaps the new chairman will state st the AGM on Friday what price they were issued at? | nelson5100
25/7/2018 09:33 | Took a very small position here earlier this week. I like what they do and I like the CEO. | colinzeal
25/7/2018 08:34 | Why are people so worried about placings this company is developing world leading new technology If successful there will be 100-1000’s plants all over the world generating millions of pounds of recurring income This would lead to a billion pound company so even if 2 billion shares we are looking at 50p potential SP Too many have their heads in the sand The demand to turn plastic waste into hydrogen will be truly massive when it’s proven to work its a complete no brainer for governments the world over And this is a uk company leading the world yet again You would expect more support for such a technology from the U.K. investors | bobbyb4
25/7/2018 08:30 | Hahaha supernumerary. I have been investing privately a couple of years now and in two years I have seen about 10 'once in a lifetime opportunities' Haha I love the people on these boards that still think it's not one big scam! | pazzuzu
25/7/2018 08:20 | Can still sell huge amountBuying is easy as well very liquid share at the moment | bobbyb4
25/7/2018 08:19 | For me, if they do go against what they say regarding not requiring a placing to fund the first unit then the company cannot be trusted on what they say.Time will tell if they do or don't, but on past experience with the company they will do a placing for this and you only have to look at the track record for placings to see this. | mertymcs
25/7/2018 07:24 | If it's such a pile of doo da why is someone willing to buy 6.5 mil on the bid all day yesterday?? | bobbyb4
25/7/2018 07:09 | Good post from LSE sets out the score Hi Mark,PHE have spent the last three years re-designing the original Pyromex 25 tonnes per day gasifier which had a habit of fracturing components that were made of dissimilar materials when heating up or cooling down. They have built a 1 tonne per day demonstrator/test unit that has been operating successfully at the University of Chester's Thornton Science Park for the past 12/18 months gathering data for the design and operation of the commercial 25 tonnes per day unit, which should be completed any time soon, together with planning for the first site., with that first unit up and running by year end (or just after). There are two versions of the 25 tonnes per day unit, known as the G3, but they both operate on the same principal, they gasify waste, in this case we are talking end of life plastics and tyres for their high calorific value, at ultra high temperatures to produce a syngas rich in hydrogen. The Core is an electrical generation only unit, whilst the full-fat G3 has additional equipment to separate out and clean up the hydrogen to five nines quality suitable for fuel cell use, with the lower cost Core being upgradable to a full-fat G3 at any time. One of our partners, Waste2Tricity issued a press release earlier this year stating that the electrical capacity of the G3 Core was 1.5MW, with net revenue after OPEX of £900,000 (with gate fees of £80/tonne for the waste and selling the power at £45/MWh). From that PHE take a 20% royalty fee, £180,000, plus a share of remaining profit if they were invested in the project.Earlier this month W2T issued a further press release to confirm that we are talking to Toyota after a Sunday Telegraph article. In this press release W2T also gave details of the full-fat system they would be making available in Japan, stating that the electrical capacity is 3MW, that's 72MWh per day PLUS 1 tonne of hydrogen. With the gate fees in Japan being in the region of £200/t, private wire price for the electricity of £100/MWh and about £3/kg for the hydrogen, the net revenue after OPEX would be about £3.4m, that would give PHE a royalty of £680,000, again plus their share of remaining revenue for any projects they invested in.We can only assume that the earlie press release stating 36MWh per day is now 72MWh per day, raising the royalty payment to nearly £300,000 per Core, W2t are targeting existing waste incineration plants with the Core with at least 100 in the UK and several hundred in Europe over the next few years. On top of that PHE also intend to be owner operators themselves. It would appear that the market is expecting PHE to raise £5m in a placing for that first unit...PHE say not.Hope that helps. | bobbyb4
24/7/2018 23:04 | Yep, 'fishing exercise' over, up the price goes, like a rocket, to 0.42p! Scarcely believable! Closely followed by a fund raising at 0.33562p (or thereabouts, within 4 places of decimals) to take advantage of the temporarily inflated share price, so that insightful investors like you lot can take advantage of this once (or should that be ten times? or many more?) in a lifetime opportunity. Slowly followed by a few RNSs, mostly RNSNONs, advising of reassuring but unspecified progress towards an undefined but nonetheless eminently desirable endpoint. GOTO start // goto no longer deprecated ;¬) It's good to know that at least a few things in life never change ;¬)) | supernumerary
24/7/2018 21:45 | Every one including you lagosboy will want in on verification as you say peeps see too much risk !!So will be quite a scramble | bobbyb4
24/7/2018 21:44 | Yes if you mean can you trade PHE through them. | nobbygnome
24/7/2018 21:41 | Are spreadex in this one? | mertymcs
24/7/2018 20:56 | if so Bobby why aren't directors, insiders, AIM small cap funds, green funds loading up big time ? This is the equivalent of spinning a roulette wheel. | lagosboy |
