09/8/2018 13:42 | learn to read. in the UK average directors fees are £100k. there is a maximum of 25 directorships any 1 individual can hold. £30k is not a lot of money. ps PHE salaries are being paid by shareholders by virtue of continual dilution. post some actual research or some actual facts if you can. what's in the public domain does't make for a compelling investment case thus far. a certain amount of faith is required where innovation is concerned, but faith here is being stretched beyond breaking point. the main sticking point is the ultra-high temperatures - when that is solved, there may be progress. i don't see any posts from suitably qualified engineers that indicate success is imminent - or even possible | steverabet
09/8/2018 13:29 | Look at the accounts to see the salaries here no where near the figures you quite get real man | bobbyb4
09/8/2018 13:24 | average directors salary is £100k, maximum number of directorships that any one person may hold is 25. do the maths. i can easily pump £30k into PHE - but i won't, until i see some indication that it represents a good investment, which so far it doesn't. got no time for fantasists, liars, time-wasters and gossip peddlers. i will put my money where i hope to profit, you can put your money where you like and carry on with your conspiracy theories | steverabet
09/8/2018 13:18 | Vatnabreak that is completely true and a very fair comment But these low life posters want the company to fail they want to profit from shareholders losses They clearly have hidden agendas and suspect motives for all these comments !! It really is a poor trait to behold | bobbyb4
09/8/2018 13:08 | Why do so many people believe that all directors are rich and can afford to chuck £30k into shares just like that? Clearly they have no idea. Lots of directors are no better off than an ordinary senior manager. Just because they have the capability to be offered a directorship in a small AIM company, does not mean that they are away up there among the elite. £30k would be a substantial sum for most directors at this level. | vatnabrekk
09/8/2018 12:59 | well done bobby, you picked me up on attributing the the FTSE100 quote to the wrong director. yes, perhaps David Ryan isn't quite so enthusiastic. but no -£30k is not a great sum for a director to invest - plenty of PIs easily have that to spare. perhaps you might do yourself a favour and fact check all the other points. i have no hidden agenda - i don't even hide behind a fake name - it's just if it walks like a duck and quacks - it's a duck. and this just looks like a lame duck. only too happy to sit back and watch you make a profit, but as i say, show me some actual progress else i will pass | steverabet
09/8/2018 12:52 | I think you will find it was keith that said FTSE not David Ryan I suggest you get your facts right And for these directors I assure you £30k is a lot of money and quite a commitment and indeed a very big vote of confidence One you all chose to mock for your own hidden agendas. !!! | bobbyb4
09/8/2018 12:51 | oops sorry. i thought that as KA had ordained it, that it was a given all other directors would then be bound to believe | steverabet
09/8/2018 12:48 | I think you're mixing up two directors! | vatnabrekk
09/8/2018 12:43 | are you having a laugh? a director that thinks his company will be in the FTSE100 ploughs in £30k? his wifes car cost more! i would absolutely love it if PHE came up with the goods, but my daughter would love it if i brought her home a unicorn, equally as likely | steverabet
09/8/2018 12:40 | If you are so confident about everything ending up rosy I the garden why do you bother posting 24/7 on various boards? Why do you bother setting up meaningless meetings with anyone that will listen to you. Of course your local MP will give you and any other person 5 minutes of his time - he wants your vote ! | lagosboy
09/8/2018 12:37 | btw, shorting has been around for decades - in talisman (old money share certificates) you could trade in a 2 week account, sell something (short) that you thought was dropping, and buy it back before settlement day. nothing inherently evil with shorting (but not my preference - too risky), as long as you don't go telling lies. also check your vocab - venerable = having respect by virtue of age, wisdom & character. not applicable to PHE | steverabet
09/8/2018 12:37 | Very true it happens all the time all linked to MM I believe | bobbyb4
09/8/2018 12:36 | They hate to see the share price going up and jump all over it at the first sign of a blue day. In the words of Kevin Keegan I would love it absolutely love it if we beat them! Lol Are they paid by results? It all seems far too contrived. | coldspring
09/8/2018 12:32 | Well all I know is I have spoken with David Ryan and he is confident enough to invest £30k and he is running the engineering project and has put his money where his mouth is and believes he will make a lot of money !! That's better ta k listening to a load of negative posters on a bulletin board who don't want the business to succeed and never have !! | bobbyb4
09/8/2018 12:27 | i think you will find, bobby, that the lunacy is putting perpetual blind faith in something that perpetually fails to deliver. all the signs are there - deals with failing (wrightbus) non-existent (tresoil) companies or illusory deals (toyota) ...dodgy setups - siphoning potential profits to a related 3rd party waste(!)2tricity...c | steverabet
09/8/2018 12:23 | As someone stated on LseSo true I often wonder if there is a 'club' that people join to short and distort venerable young business as it just seems too contrived. Incredibly sad if there is, especially with one like this that could massively reduce the amount of plastic kicking about and deliver clean fuel at the same time. If there is this club, I've no idea amhow they sleep at night or even notice this planet changing... | bobbyb4
09/8/2018 12:17 | Here we go again all the loonies are our in force at any sign of good news or vote of confidence !!So predictable | bobbyb4
09/8/2018 12:08 | you would think that the appetite to chase this down the toilet would be limited, without some actual concrete progress. faites vos jeux, rien ne va plus | steverabet
09/8/2018 12:04 | ...no more shares in treasury. if PHE needs a capital reorganisation, the writing is on the wall. if you mug someone often enough they end up with nothing left to steal! | steverabet
09/8/2018 11:58 | PHE is either going to hit the jackpot or go bust. how you assign the odds to the outcome determines how much cash you are willing to stake. a nailed on certainty though is that further funding is going to be required, and PHE is at the bottom of its current barrel - no more shares to allot. but talk of transformative meetings, news and the like is either hopeful speculation (take with pinch of salt) or insider trading (foolish if shared publicly) | steverabet
09/8/2018 11:17 | Its a stunt- if he is not one of your super rich AIM directors , then why is paying 60% above the market price ? You cannot have it both ways. Its not too difficult for the £30k to find its way back to Ryan and he is also a fellow director of KA at W2T. 8% of nothing is nothing to get excited about - Footsie 100 in 4 years and now down to these shenanigans Why didn't he buy when Phe was at the foot of the J-Cloth - why now all of a sudden ? | lagosboy |
