01/8/2018 08:51 | If you missed RPT RNS - you could say its a stormer - Up again tomorrow Increased P1 reseves by around 1500%!!!!! Not going to comment on the rest, have a read.... Yes that is 1500% uplift (and thats just the P1) It is hard to believe how significant this is. THe herd have not arrived yet.. Its still under the radar of most investors. Add to it 40 million USD in the bank Heading for 4,000 boepd production in the short term Just announced 24 well development programme for this huge resource. Some comments from twitter below #RPT A truly gigantic reserves upgrade for O&G holding #RegalPetroleum. About to catch a flight but am totally ecstatic by this news. Totally oustanding. 1P (proved) soar from 1.9mmboe to 27.8mmboe and a further 24 wells. Gobsmacked! investegate.co.uk/re Dont waste your time and miss the boat, this is still seriously undervalued . | rpt_huge_reserves_upgrade
01/8/2018 08:49 | Warwick- if there was any truth in your allegations, Phe would have to be implicated as they approve all Placings and set the agenda as to why they are required. So if you want to back a crooked BOD that's up to you but please stop your whingeing and your excuses for your own poor investment decision. I tried to help years ago now and you took no notice. | lagosboy
01/8/2018 08:03 | Why would a company mention an illegal activity in their RNS?Plus why would the MM tell the company they are offering money to cover naked shorts? | mertymcs
01/8/2018 07:57 | Oh dear hit a nerve have I? Warwick is such a small place but just do you don't throw your false allegations against me I am a private investor and have no connections with any financial institution. I have also taken a screen shot of this as just like that previous ramper Wazzza he used to throw false allegations around when he had list all the investment argument. Why not ask the company about the placings as they are the only people who can issue shares? The directors have also issued RNS stating the money was for working capital and not mentioned anything about naked shorts. | nelson5100
01/8/2018 07:56 | The simplest way to stop it is have the ceos of these aim companies to reject the offer of money direct from market makers, but they won't do as these people are greedy and want more and more money for nothing. It was rumoured to have taken place recently with PHE where a short position was opened which resulted in the price dropping from 1p+ to 0.5p and guess what a placing soon followed, then followed by another one. How regular selling continues in this share as possibly the same MM is still shorting and will again offer the company money for discounted shares and KA will no doubt take it further hurting the company and everyone involved. | mertymcs
01/8/2018 07:33 | I will help uncover this disgraceful practice as best I can | bobbyb4
01/8/2018 07:32 | As if the MM are going to admit it!! no they use dodgy brokers like SVS and Cornhill their buddies who all get a cut of the pie and have posters to encourage fear !!! Probably even pay officers at the FCA and LSE to turn a big blind eye they all big chums You seem as if you need to deflect this story mr Nelson or is that dolphin5 you associated to this corrupt and immoral practice I wonder ? | bobbyb4
01/8/2018 07:15 | I think you need educating | bobbyb4
01/8/2018 04:37 | Haven't seen any RNS stating that the placing has been to cover a naked short. Instead it has been to raise working capital or repay loans. Perhaps if you got out more of Warwick and saw more of the world you would not be so cynical? | nelson5100
01/8/2018 01:16 | This is what has been going on at PHE for the past two years http://www.valuethem | bobbyb4
31/7/2018 20:06 | That sounds reasonable too! | cmackay
31/7/2018 19:34 | How about just deliver results and a product and the rest takes care of itself | mertymcs
31/7/2018 18:35 | I agree that stating that they could reach FTSE 100 in 4 years was a particularly overzealous comment to make. Has the man never heard of under-promising to over-deliver? | cmackay
31/7/2018 09:34 | vatnabrekk- I think the time has come for a change at the top. Nobody really believes anything KA says anymore. He has no deep engineering or sector background, a new man is needed but given the financial position that Phe is in, one maybe very difficult to recruit. I am afraid that KA optimism is just another manifestation of the fact that he has no engineering background - what CEO, even if he believed it was possible, would publicly state that Phe could be a Footsie 100 company within 4 years. He is lucky that Phe has no institutional shareholders for they would surely remove him. I hope you are right about the technology, but being pragmatic if it really was ground-breaking Phe would have been snapped up long before now. Bond's Ore Pro Engineering team initially worked on the technology and they let it go which is somewhat odd if it were all it is claimed to be. As it is, the technology has no protection anyway so can easily be copied despite KA's claims to the contrary. Anyway, good luck to you | lagosboy
31/7/2018 08:54 | I agree with you, lagosboy, that they should have been seeking grants or any other type of funding that they could get ages ago. I think that KA has been overly optimistic in the past and has lost a lot of credibility recently, especially with the announcements last Friday. I hope that he and the rest of the BoD have learned a lesson from this. I still believe in the technology and the company despite the knocks and set-backs, and will continue to support them. | vatnabrekk
31/7/2018 08:29 | There is a world of difference between a working model or prototype, even if verified and a commercially viable unit. The fact that Phe has been unable to gain any third party interest to commission and fund a 25 tonne unit despite KA being inundated with weekly enquiries is very telling. Turning to seeking grants is a sign of desperation - it should have been happening a long time ago along side other funding initiatives. It gives false hope and KA should keep quiet about it until such time that grants are obtained - just another ramp to prop up the share price | lagosboy
30/7/2018 21:50 | Until the Directors buy into the company nothing will change. | mertymcs
30/7/2018 13:27 | "The generic Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Engineering is now complete, allowing initial safety design reviews and independent third party design reviews to be initiated on schedule." It's good that FEED is now finally complete. It's a pity KA didn't say when we might expect to get the result of the independent verification because when that comes out, assuming that it is positive, I would expect that we might see an improvement in confidence and hence in the share price | vatnabrekk
30/7/2018 12:50 | He seems to believe in the tech and the company so it would be a major flag if he began to sell down from his position especially as he has been invested for a while and would be taking a loss | mertymcs
30/7/2018 12:47 | Actually Paul Warwick is perhaps the only investor who has consistently complied with the rules regarding reporting when his shareholding crosses the stipulated thresholds up or down. | vatnabrekk
30/7/2018 12:12 | I did get ramped into it and then lieing in bed that night felt very uneasy about it all, and first thing in the morning got rid. Lost a trade cost in my moment of sillyness but christ alive am pleased now. | pazzuzu |
