Apparently Paul still holds. But in my opinion the whole thing seems very fishy, he has been ramping this stock for ages on various groups. And here as Bobby! Regarding T1 notifications do you know of he would need to do one, sure by the rules but do they bother to enforce them at all? I'm guessing not given the FCA are a toothless organisation.

Closing the stable door after the horse has bolted, I'm afraid. In fact, it left years ago, to be replaced by its sprightly new G3-UHT foal.

Luckily, since this particular geegee can demolecularise, it's not constrained by the normal boundaries of space and time - anything is possible, anywhere, any time.

Commercial unit in 2018? No problemo! PHE will build it in 2025, demolecularise it using another copy of itself, transport the result back through time to 2018 and remolecularise it ready for Christmas!

The remolecularising? No problemo! A trickier process, for sure, so that will take a bit longer, but it will definitely be ready (in a commercial version!) by 2030, so it can be sent back to 2018 ready for action!

Time travel? No problemo! KA knows a guy, who knows a guy, who knows an alien being who calls him/herself The Doctor, who's cracked it, and will have a commercial time travel unit ready by 2050 that'll do everything needed. They're forming a company and it IPOs on AIM next year - don't miss it! The second generation unit, that will actually work (assuming an ample supply of the tyre crumb that powers it of course) is sure to be on the market and generating revenue by 2050.

Nobby - I'd be interested to see your questions, and their answers...

bobbyb4- stop sounding so desperate, its counter productive to your objective- you also remind of someone else that adopted a similar approach and he must be desperate now, he was stuffed to the gunnels with Phe paper, even the pillow cases had to be brought into play.

There is a regular seller in the market which has driven the price down along with what the market makers have been doing. The delay into the 2nd half of the year for the commercial unit announced yesterday will really suppress the price unless significant news is announced and the risk of a 5 million plus fund raise placing is answered with funding from alternative sources. They will probably announce the completion of the design and verification, which I don't think will have any impact on improving the share price as the key to all of this is actually having the commercial unit ready and in operation. The share price at the moment is very low compared to what you were looking at initially and a lot of people are under water.Any investment at this stage is a pure gamble on the technology working or not and also even if they can get a commercial unit built.Who knows beyond this, Keith talks a good game but it's actual developments and progress that is needed now not just look at this amazing technological idea we have and we could be a ftse100 company if it works. So if you invest at these levels it is a good entry point but I personally wouldn't go in with a huge amount and only put in what you are prepared to lose all of it.That is the risk if the technology works then who knows where the share price will go, if it doesn't then the company would probably end up delisting. That is my opinion only.

hi guys new to this tread and looking to invest here , been watching phe since 1,2 level and back then it was a lot of noise about company and it seemed that company will move higher in terms of share price , back then i decided to wait. Now have few bob and share price looking very interesting but since that 1.2 level did the story changed?

can someone pls summertime PHE to me as a new investor and help me understand what is company about and at what stage they currently are?

I want to invest but just need that final encouragement ...

Doesn't Bobbyb4 live in Warwick?

Talking of Warwick, wasn't a certain shareholder having a meeting with a government minister?
What a coincidence that Bobbyb4 has also spoken with someone at BEIS.

Fortunately Freedom of Information requests are good for discling information from the government.

Why don't you ring your bumchum up Paul and ask him why he isn't buying?

Directors need to buy as that is one point being used as a negative.

I wouldn't be surprised to see some director buying as well it's time they got some skin in the game and they may not see these levels again

We are also actively pursuing a number of grant applications, which if successful, will result in additional funding during 2019. And talking with BEIS I see no reason whatsoever why we would not be successful up to £5 mil available I believe That's plenty for progress to commercial plants

I know they will be entitled to get grant funding especially on the ability to generate hydrogen I spoke with someone from BEIS and I know the company have met with their hydrogen specialist As Keith has stated in today's RNS he believes they will get grant funding you may all have missed that so not so much dilution as market expects

So a big dilution inbound and another slip in the delivery date. I'll keep this one on my watchlist for the entertainment and possible turnaround next year but in the meantime glad I sold out at 0.5p.

I think the market will be surprised !!!Don't think they have in any way priced in the implications of EPC and 3rd party verification As that allows the negotiations with interested parties to progress massively All that has happened of late is we have had a few big sellers which has allowed MM to squeeze the weak holders and allowed new buyers to get bargain shares Now MM have made the mistake to mark this down on delays but news will make those delays seem like minor distraction for long term value seekers who can see the magnitude of this disruptive technology
