Ah the March 2016 share options.

Mmmmm,,....Have a committee to ensure compliance with the Aim rules.....so very simple question..do the March 2026 share options comply with Some regulations??

Related party transactions and Aggregation of Transactions within a twelve month period? I am sure the committee would be fully aware of the aim regulations and that they covered these two important rules wouldn't they?

How do we know you haven't sold any more shares? You are just below the threshold at 12.96% and can therefore continue to sell all the way down to but not crossing 12%, some 9 million shares.

Are we the public to trust a significant shareholder who has to sell some shares to pay for some holidays? Or do we trust the insiders the directors with their experience and knowledge?

Let's see how many shares they each own as declared by the company.

Only one director holds any shares, the company secretary, and these 103,459 would be worth today £1,034....not enough to even pay for a service on a Mazzzii. And when we're these shares acquired, not in 2017 but way back in 2012.

So why should we trust a significant shareholder when we can trust the board who haven shown their faith in the company by purchasing nil shares or only one of them having 103,459 shares??

Question, why did the company appoint a City experienced and chartered accountant as a director in May 2016? Yet within a year to the day this person is no longer s director?

Why could he not see the multi bagger investment potential of this company??? He wasn't one of those "orrible oiks" he was an insider who would have knowledge about all the testing and forecasts.

In addition, he would be used to analysing technical information as he is still a director at oil exploration company.

So what's your ramping excuse for this insider who never bought a single share and was gone within a year of being appointed???

Scrutable we have had an RNS telling the world that it works am I not allowed to trust the officers of the company ??Or should I listen to a bunch of nobodies hiding behind a secret avatar with their own hidden agendas I know what I prefer Many many millions will flow into my account whilst you listen to all the negative waves in your Brain !Ciao
