Well let's not forget that the public and does know more than the directors, nomad and bug 4 firm of chartered accountant auditors. Don't forget it was the company, the directors including a chartered accountant, a big 4 firm of chartered accountant auditors, the nomad who all had sight and approved the 2015 audited accounts before they were published. The shareholders had sight of them as well.

But please Warwick who out of all this list of insiders, experienced professionals and qualified international auditing firms exposed all the many errors in the 2015 audited accounts.

None of them, not a pip squeak. Instead I found and posted about just some of the errors. So instead of your complaining why not ensure that they comply with basic financial reporting.

I will post more tomorrow....

I hope no one here just had the bad judgement to buy a petrol Maserati just as European manufacturers end petrol and diesel production making such cars practically worthless and their ownership an anathema.

If the little weeney demo unit gets safety approval tomorrow it is progress but a demo not a yet a big designed commercial ready approved system backed up by a big paid for production plant and firm orders. Now I got the Wombles song in my head and images of them scavenging Wimbledon common for rubbish and for some reason the Clangers.

Yet we have to listen to your ramping as you pump and pump. If this is such a multi bagger and the directors know do much more than we do them why have they not bought one single share except for one director with a few pounds worth in 2012.

Why had the company got such poor financial reporting, it couldn't get its audited accounts correct. Its 2016 interim accounts contain numerous errors. It has filed share allotment forms which all contain errors since 2015.

When will be the next placing? Well last July it published a RNS stating a fund raise was necessary to expedite the hiring of a sales team. What ever happened to that monies, what happened to the sales team?

Plenty more to post and Warwick may want to keep his eyes posted over the next few days for more relevations.

ObservationSo according to all the negative posters Keith is wrong that PHE will change the way Waste can convert into Hydrogen cheaper than all the other ways to produce Hydrogen!!! In a more efficient manner better for the planet !!! Why oh why has he wasted 5 years of his life working his ititd of on something that all these brilliant negative minds know it will not work he should not have bothered He should have just listened to Pomander and That clever accounts man Dolphin and the brilliance of sellonnews and all the great minds on ADVfN like Jaknife Mervin stockologist and many many more! These guys are all knowing and so clever to know so much more than the board of directors and all the consultants at W2T and those idiots at Peel what on earth are they all thinking that they can offer the world a clean solution stupid idiots?

ObservationSorry said I would rest but last one before holiday I am so impressed with all these negative posters they have better understanding of our business than the company bosses I am amazed that they have so much knowledge and can come across so convincingly that all the officers of the business don't know what they are talking about!!! They know already That the process won't work they know it will cost a lot more than the officers have indicated ! They know already that no one will talk to us or will ever do a joint venture with us !! They know we will never be able to show the plant running !! Wow I wish I had there knowledge ? They already can estimate that we will require so much more cash that all the existing investors will lose money why do they know so much more than the board I wonder where they are getting all this information from? I wish I had spent more time researching and understanding this business as much as all these negative posters then I would have been able to stop my self having the potential to make so much money!!

Well I think this Company is going somewhere and so is the tech. The auto manufacturers are also having a go at the FCV market so it's on the radar. I think Toyota is the largest on the planet and they are leading the way with FCV tech with heavy investment into R&D.It will happen and possibly sooner than EV simply as it's easier to roll out the refuel option and still get the range of fossil fuel. There will be room for both technologies and they can of course work together but my belief is HYDROGEN will play its part in all our futures and not so far down the road (excuse the pun)...SJ.

Dear Rossannan,

Not really interested in all this chat, just wanted the genuine investors to know as much information as possible. I would love all the investors to get all their money back, but I fear that may not be possible. The idea is good, but there is a very long way to go before it is perfected, perhaps too long, perhaps never.

Does it really matter who I am, but your assumption is correct, I am not Peter Jeney.

Well just as an observation Last year I attended the AGM there were three directors a registrar and the nomad and four shareholders that was it It was a small group This year it was standing room only in a bigger office with many more shareholders brokers, PR team David Ryan on a speaker from Thornton answering technical questions a much more professional affair !! Lots of questions and suggestions from the shareholders present !!!Next year we will need a much bigger venue So as a major shareholder I am very pleased with the day We have many many many negative posters whom must have a great deal to worry about to spend so much time on bulletin boards !!I am going to give posting a rest for a while as the company over the next few months will do all the talking Good luck all long term holders ??

Dear Warwick 69,
Pyromex exhausted the use of ceramics many years ago, they can sustain the extreme temperatures required, but do not give the long term flexibility that is required to make the process commercial. I am aware of the company using other materials but in my opinion they are moving backwards instead of forwards. As I have already said the main problem is the oxygen content of the material to be gasified. I have no wish to throw a spanner in the works, but this share chat has been going on for years and I thought it was about time it ended. The company can live a dream for whatever reason they want, but that dream should not be at the expense of good honest investors.
