Whilst your at you can tell us all about the errors and the non disclosure issues we haven't heard about that for a while? Oh and whilst your at it what about the no dir ft or buys that's another one of your favourites! If you don't ask the questions to the board or raise concerns to the regulators you have no credibility! So I ask you why do you not ask the board or why have you not reported your concerns what my friend are you afraid of do you not want to disclose who you are? I suspect you want to remain anonymous!!!

Yet again you make another false allegation, is this in your failed attempt to ramp the share.

You claim to be a Chartered Financial Planner yet have shown to be ignorant of basic financial reporting requirements and regulations.

Again, to stop your pathetic and false allegations I state once again that I do not work for nor am I paid by any regulated financial institution nor connected with any MM. I am not paid for any posts on this board. I post here solely as a private individual and investor.

What is strange is the financial reporting errors which are continually being made, the share allotment forms which are incorrect, the interim 2016 accounts with numerous errors and never corrected. How about the Hillgrove convertible loan note the 2016 audited accounts state that "Hillgrove now holds a total of 300,430,920 ordinary shares in the Company." So where and when did the company issue the 280 million extra shares? Oh no they aren't issued yet, so Hillgrove only holds 20 million shares and not 300,430,920!

Must forget the 90,932,961 Renewme shares issued in May 2016. Perhaps you would like to explain the transaction, what price were they issued at and what was the £299,152 expense which was added back in the cash flow statement?

Do the directors' share options granted in March 2016 and only disclosed as the final note in the 2016 Interim accounts comply with AIM regulations and in particular Related Party Transactions and Aggregation of Transactions within a 12 month period? Previously the directors had options voted to them at the 2015 AGM held in December 2015, some 4 months before the March 2016 options were granted.

Dolphin for a non shareholder and one with no apparent financial interest you certainly watch this share like a hawk is that whilst sat at your market makers desk in the city???? As you never ask the company questions or do you ever raise your numerous concerns with the authorities whom you personally feel they should be looking at them Now isn't that all rather odd Which MM do you work for hope you are providing the FCA with the info on the suspicious trading activities they will be requesting from the city??

Will they also be investigating the Transparency and Disclosure Rules notifications as there appear to be many missing? This includes notifications when there has been an effective change in a shareholders percentage when the company has issued shares.

Now why would such notifications not be made, mmmmmmmmmmmm.............??

I still have not seen a correction trade to the dodgy 1,000,000 put through on 20/6 so I can only assume the FCA are still investigating the MM over this one ?

Deccer1 and your point is? Tesla have not turned a profit yet think their losses are gigantic and yet they were recently valued above BMW as valuation and market cap are based on expectations and demand for shares? Now your obviously of the view that the plant will not work and hence you are sceptical? Whereas I believe the plant will work and we will soon see this at the upcoming demonstration days and this will dramatically change the markets perction and hence the demand for shares will elevate the share price and the market cap ? But yes we may have a few more years of losses before revenues exceed costs isn't that the normal route all companies take when growing and moving from R&D to commercialmroll out

Last interview KA seemed to avoid the issue of commercialisation because continued loss is expected.

Supernum.....This is the article....last November, memory is going these days...

Commercially, the most significant improvement is Gen2’s ability to accept lower grade hydrogen.

www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/168909/afc-energy-hails-significant-advance-in-fuel-cell-system-168909.html

What % quality hydrogen it will deal with is not provided, but could be significant factor in PHE not needing to purify there hydrogen

What I have notice is when Warwick reported dodgy looking trades something happened and the share price went up and tends to behave a bit more now.

So I can't help but think the MMs had been doing something and are now under scrutiny.

AFC have said they won't be commercial for another three years with the fuel cells.

I don't know AFC or costs here. Just casually following to see if anything comes of the PHE kit, then trying to be open-minded with the various views good or bad.

I can see there are some I's to dot and T's to cross, but typically it seems some have an agenda beyond reasonable debate.

I don't follow AFC except as an adjunct to other interests so I could easily have missed it. This gives an idea of the levels of purity generally required. I guess from this, PHE has to produce Type I D which is 99% pure as that's the standard for fuel applications. Do they? Who knows? And if they said they did, how would you know it wasn't just another of KA's fantasies?

Regarding the crumb, it's not just the cost, although that's the most important thing, it's also total energy consumption, and waste eg CO2 production end-to-end that counts. No good having a clean bit in the middle if you've exported all the pollution to other steps in the process.

super....

Yes but, AFC stated last August that they do not need pure hydrogen, are able to use industrial hydrogen.. ie Chlorine production hydrogen byproduct ....

I can't find the article...it was in one of Bonds quarterly newsletters also on LSE

The tyre question is a good one....everything comes down to cost when producing energy, how much does the PHE cost to run.....
