But this is a multi-bagger that is going to clean the world's oceans of plastic and become a multi billion pound company.

Such a fantastic unbelievable opportunity and investment yet not one single share purchase by any director since 2012 and only one director even holds any shares.

I thought you were filtering posts, but you always come back as you know they highlight very relevant and factual based questions and concerns about the company.

Again, why have the 280 million shares not been issued and admitted to AIM to clear the outstanding £1.4million convertible loan which was partly cleared by cash in February? Until it is cleared the company, despite your previous postings, is still in debt with the £1.4 million convertible loan.

But no directors purchases for this multi bagger? Not a single share by any director since 2012?

This will take a lot more time and a lot more money. It will take at least two years to deploy the first five units Keith Alaun said. Warwick reckons they will cost a couple of million £ each a lot to find for such a small company. It would be costly to set up a manufacturing/assembly facility and time consuming. The company will presumably be loss making for many years to come something which KA does not seem keen to talk about. Forget the fuel cells which are too expensive or selling hydrogen for vehicles as they already have their own supply chains via companies like ITM. You are looking at least another 5 years of dilution imo.

I really hope so W. If I was judging it purely on the chart I would be quite hopeful of a break upwards fairly soon..

Listening to Nirvana on the Radio.. McEnroe on Desert Island Discs. What Warwick is describing in his vision of a time when Powerhouse rules the world of recycling is a kind of waste management Nirvana.

Bring it on.

Found details of the link with Peel environmental in the Annual Report. Very good news -

"The Company remains in active discussions with Peel Environmental regarding potentially siting our first commercial facility at Protos, their energy park adjacent to the Thornton Science Park."

"The Company has entered into an MOU with Peel Environmental to negotiate the siting of its first commercial facility at Protos - the large Energy Park being developed by Peel near Chester and adjacent to the Thornton Science Park."
