Down 10% since the trading update.Obviously "trading ahead" is not good enough anymore lol
Could be an order being filled here because the maximum buy at the moment is a paltry 1.5k.

Superb trading update, as expected. Possibly a little profit taking, but positive trend still very much intact so looking fwd to some nice rises. Good to see it touch 290p ish early in the day, heading closer to the £3 figure thats easily achievable.

Very positive.
Although highly rated when you look at the PER they deserve to be.

"The new plant China, has been completed on time and budget and production from the plant has begun.

£3m has been spent on acquisitions in the year but strong operating cash flows have reduced net borrowings in the year by £4m to leave the Group with a small net cash surplus"

Hopefully since there is no stock about this will push them back to £3 level.

Cracked £2.80 nicely! Looking forward to it rising nicely higher now, esp if the IMS is tmrw. Either way, nice to see it significantly blue today on a red day!

May be right. I've held these since £1.40, adding at 2.10ish and 2.90ish. Last year the volume picked up prior to statement, which was very positive and I hope that the same happens this year!

well the IMS last year was on a wednesday so my guess is that this move up might be in advance of an update tomorrow

£2.80 proving a little bit of resistance, but I think the update will be pretty damn good considering the last one, so could easily break that soon. Should push nicely higher from then on to £3 and beyond. IMHO.

Big spread is hindering trades. Their results are always good - the only question is whether the surprise on the upside (if there is one) is big enough to drive them back over £3. I guess this largely depends on the advice going forwards.
Cracking stock though.

Nov 30th is end of financial year, think the IMS will be next Wed 27th.

PRV reporting on Nov 30th.
I imagine that they will run up prior to the figures since they almost always surprise on the upside.

Something interesting looks to be going on with two nice share spikes in two days. Can't imagine the IMS to be anything but pretty damn good and nice momentum here to take it up to and beyond the highs. Great company and great prospects IMHO. Good luck all and regards.

I have done my own figures on Porvair, does anyone disagree with them? I have kept 2014 conservative, and used the 13% revenue increase as continued throughout 2013.
given this we should see a 36% increase in EPS in the 2013 over 2014. all my own opinion of course.

Gosh - checked this evening and - bosh! Up 10%. Check for RNS - and there isn't one. Huh? Is this a large short which has closed? Or leaky stock with news due?
Any clues wise people?
