Just back from the garden.....

You disagree with my opinion of Russia?
I'm not a fan of Russia, or Putin, or Commies generally. But I am aware of the national archive leaks that reveal "No Eastwards expansion"

Precisely what EU and NATO have done since 1990s and fall of Berlin wall.

You disagree with my opinion of Russia how???

"Must've missed that. When were Nuclear weapons used?"

Don't forget poor Alexander Litvinenko, murdered on the streets of London by agent thugs of the Russian mafia government of Putin, using Polonium 210 - a highly lethal radioactive material that was also used in early nuclear weapons and as the detonator in the atomic bomb that was dropped on Nagasaki.

Injected /targeted at an individual.

Hardly a "NUCLEAR WEAPON" for gods sake. Get some perspective.

While I strongly disagree with most of Gecko's opinion on Russia, I accept nobody is going to change his mind and I therefore won't waste effort on that. However he did ask a question:

NATO is going to spend itself into oblivion.

The replacement for the US Air force minuteman missile is going to cost over $1 trillion.

All the United States Ukraine aid packages are, are too secure the votes for the US politicians and are really a United States aid package for the United States.

31337 C0D3R, first thing they ALL need to do is spend the 2% they signed up to

Trump was exactly right when he said Germany under Merkel was totally controlled by Russia at 2018 NATO summit

However now nord stream gas is replaced by US gas and Germany is spending 100bn on defence mainly US weapons

Spending 4% of GDP is ridiculous when the UK's health service is already falling a part, infrastructure is collapsing, education system is crumbling, railways that are not fit for purpose and the British people are already paying the highest taxes ever.

Spending 4% of GDP on the military will just drive more of the British population into poverty.

2:46PMRussia using 'fear' to rule occupied Ukraine, says UNRussia has tortured and arbitrarily detained people in occupied Ukraine, creating a "climate of fear" and suppressing Ukrainian identity, a UN report said on Wednesday. The report, which the UN Human Rights Office said was based on over 2,300 interviews, accused Moscow of "committing widespread violations" of human rights law.Russia has imposed its "language, citizenship, laws, court system, and education curricula on the occupied areas", while suppressing a Ukrainian identity, the UN office said in a release accompanying the report."From the onset, Russian armed forces, acting with generalised impunity, committed widespread violations, including arbitrary detention of civilians, often accompanied by torture and ill-treatment," it said....Daily Telegraph

Over the past couple of months the United States Army+Marines have fallen below 500,000, currently standing at 490,000 and are expected to fall by a further 20,000 over the next couple of years. The Ukraine has already lost more troops than the whole of the United States and British army put together.

Just think, 20 years ago the U.S. army stood at going on towards 700,000.

Zang.

Nothing UK parliamentarians can do.

As 31337 COD3R points out, peace is in the hands of Hamas, Hezbollah and all the other jew haters in the region.

No genocide either. You clearly dont understand what genocide is.
It isnt a population soaring in number.

Clue.

Rwanda genocide
Armenian genocide
Holocaust.

Unfortunately as almost all Labour and Conservative MPs are members of their respective 'Friends of Israel' extremist organisations, nothing much will be done, at least until the ICJ eventually rules it was a genocide. The maybe the political climate will change and Sunak will be locked up for life.

It is time to inform Ukraine that futher UK military and economic aid will be unconditionally provided for as long as it takes to kick Russia out of Crimea and the rest of Ukraine.

With what?
Our Armed Forces are the most ill prepared, under funded, and lowest recruitment levels since I can remember.

And what is the strategic interest?

Ukraine/Russia is the EU's problem, not ours.

Why expose ourselves to to a potential Nuclear strike for something that isnt of any strategic interest?

Barmy.

UK should only get involved IF France looks as if it is about to FALL. And only then. Until that point it is an EU problem so leave it to Europe to sort it. Let them shed their own blood / treasure defending their interests.

It is also more than time that Ham-ass end the war instantly, which they could do at any time, simply by releasing ALL of the hostages and agreeing to stop firing missiles into Israel.

Agreed 100%

Ham-ass would of course then be free to seek asylum in any of the 22 Arab countries that would be happy to have them (obviously that means none).

Since the outset, the UK has led by example. This has included a record £2.5 billion commitment in 2024.When I met President Zelensky last week he embraced me, saying how massively thankful he was to Mr Sunak and the British people for our continued support in Ukraine's time of need.I told him that we are committed to Ukraine for as long as it takes to defeat Putin and to our newly agreed 100 Year Partnership between our two countries. In the future, I hope visitors to Kyiv will simply be there to admire the beautiful city and its cafe culture. But for now, we must focus on ensuring that our brave Ukrainian friends win a battle of freedom and civilisation that they are fighting on our behalf....Daily Telegraph
