Its time for a proper war. Let the youth enjoy themselves with guns and bombs, earn themselves medals for the sort of fun which would earn them a life sentence in peacetime. It would get the economies of the world moving too.

Where? Ukraine is cold and muddy, and anyway the combatants there don't want gate crashers to their party (though they like contributions to the expense of the party). I suggest the middle east. It's warm, and if Jerusalem (or at any rate the old part) is put out of bounds there is not much in the region that matters if it gets destroyed. Moreover, the locals seem to relish conflict and will be keen to join in and enjoy warfare on a decent scale. Collateral damage to the civilian population there would be nothing to worry about, as it would only make the world a better place, and seems to be something the locals are not bothered about anyway. After it is all over, and the world's combatants have departed home, the locals will be left with a clean slate to start afresh and hopefully make a better fist of things than they have over the past three quarters of a century.
Or perhaps the place could be kept empty, to use as a venue for subsequent wars.That would certainly be a more practical, effective, quicker and probably cheaper way to settle future international and religious disputes than the UN, which could be abolished.

I can't really see any downside.

I am no supporter of terrorism .But two wrongs do not make a right .This is the Measure of Civilisation that is used by Russia .So now you know they have left Civilisation and are indeed the Mad Dog outside of Civilisation .Learn the lessons .Russia is the UNCIVILISATION .Never invest there again .
