A.I. - thing is I hold stock in CMCX., Cruddas very well-respected, maybe I do not not like upstarts that are economical with the truth, and off course when you have one company that is good at spin and and then surprises the market, albeit marketing spend, it rcauses ripples. This is why these companies are being closely scrutinised, because they offer instruments to untrained individuals, it’s like the betting shops and the slots, they have been brought to heel as a result. Remember 90% of people lose money on CFDs, etc., but I think this warning by Plus 500 should have been better flagged!

I'm out as well - dividend says it all for me - 60% payout - if what they, Liberum etc,etc are saying is correct they really don't need to retain 40%. They're not confident about the future at all.

The Buyback looks at bit strange now as well.

Might be back but need more information - Good Luck

PLUS down 36% / IGG down 5%

This is an over-reaction. Stops being taken out, shorts will be closing soon. I expect this to climb back to 1200 - 1400 levels pretty quickly.

Have bought back what I sold yesterday. Balls of Steel

s_a_B re concerns about the auditors. They need an independent audit away for Pwc Israel because the bears are of the opinion something very sinister is going on.
P.s I no longer have a position.

I'm out too, had only retained a small holding (luckily) but that will be the last time I invest in a heavily shorted firm.

Sold out on the bell this morning. Lost confidence in management to be honest - it doesn't stack up that they can be buying back shares until recently (implying undervalued) and then issue a profit warning. Also concerns over remuneration and the auditor, both of which had a lot of votes against. Good luck to all holders - the business economics are still fantastic and there are clear opportunities for future growth in new markets.

Would not be surprised at some sort of fraud here, they seem to trade on much better ratios than others in this sector, and have grown exponentially against the opposition. Not suggesting and no evidence whatsoever, but just surprised at performance from pretty much a standing start from relatively recently. Maybe they were big players in crypto., binary and CFDs from the outset, and new regulations will hurt them more than competitors, always thought Israeli cos. somewhat erroneous, but that’s due to the characters like Sagi, etc.

Take a look at assets on the balance sheet. This company make money out of thin air. Most strange.

Not at all a surprise to me as I earlier noticed (and posted on here) a massive slowdown in their app downloads - for me their whole success was based on the bitcoin craze and didn't see much prospect once that ended.

It looks like the pack of cards is finally collapsing.

At least they have net assets on the balance sheet to fall back on right ?

If you have a stop loss, they will simply sell at any price!! One of the reasons I dont use them, was burnt along time ago and they dont add benefit in these sort of scenarios
