Can anyone offer any advice on reclaiming the dividend? I've had two successful claims so far - I usually send HMRC the form to stamp months in advance of the dividend payment date and all is well. However, this time I've sent it to HMRC and they responded that they can't certify the form until after the payment date as my "circumstances might change". However the problem I have is that ESOP (the company that manages the tax refunds on behalf of Plus500) has a very short window (1 week I believe) in order to send them the completed documents after the payment date. HMRC takes 2-3 weeks to reply to letters.

Any help with this would be appreciated - thanks in advance.

Blackrock are a major sponsor of ETFs/trackers. Not sure about 7% (out of office so detailed analysis not to hand), but it’s hardly surprising they would suddenly show up at index inclusion time. They are at or near the top of the holders of many major stocks.

davey... As we found out with the H1 results, a single unexpected sentence or clause inserted into an otherwise blockbuster set of results can have astronomical implications. So along with the hard data, we will need to look closely at the wording.

It seems the combination of ESMA and low volatility is having a big impact on the sector. Of course low vol won't last forever and is actually one of the reasons I hold PLUS - as a good hedge against market turbulence. Anyway, hopefully volatility can pick up before PLUS trading update.

It appears CMC Markets haven't been entirely honest in their statement to the London Stock Exchange this morning about the integration of ANZ stockbroking deal.

"continues to deliver on its strategy, having successfully completed the implementation of the white label stockbroking partnership with ANZ Bank in Australia as expected in the last week of the Period,.... ANZ Bank's retail stockbroking clients were successfully migrated."

This doesn't reconcile with these two articles and in particular, the comments below them made by ANZ/CMC stockbroking customers:
