What metrics do you use to value a company? Reason I ask is that I'm not sure you can say the share price is overvalued when it's on a single figure PE paying a massive dividend out of free cash.

They weren't directors, hadn't been for 2 years - they were founders. Directors actually bought around thus time.

A director selling can mean a lot of things, if a director never sold any of their shares they would end up very poor.

share price is way ahead of the game. Directors wouldnt have been selling loads at 1100 if they thought this would happen. There is still a big question mark over them for me.

Comments like this remind me why you can't pay to much attention to these boards! I don't remember seeing a lot of these guys when the share price tripled!

Yes, I wish I had stuck to my first mind of putting a tight stop loss in on Friday. Lesson learned, onwards and upwards!

Perhaps people interpreted their cautious comments about their future prospects as a profit warning.

Because the Q2 results were not as good as the Q1 or as good as some people hoped. It is the first quarter of decline and is expected to cause an adverse share price reaction. If this share was sitting on a P/E of 30 and this happened I would be more worried but it is very cheap that even if it continued to make Q2 results indefinitely it would be on a PE of 8 right now, and when it generates this much cash and pays solid dividends I don't see much reason to worry. Of course in hindsight selling on Friday would have been ideal.

Why on earth would you want to get out? This years dividends alone are 200p. Also it’s going to be listed on ftse 250 soon so index funds have to pick it up

on a serious note, why the fall? it is pretty big, and seems in free fall.
