walker10-re FLO the current trajectory of the graph looks exciting.Post 51/53 encapsulates my current bullish stance.Back to PHSC-I have read the accounts etc and cannot put my finger on any distinct weakness in their business model/prospects AND they do look CHEAP++nice and small too.Graph looks a bit horizontal(but choppy),though hey ,so did REDHALL.Would 100pence seem reasonable on a 9 month view-or does this company have the capacity to REALLY MOTOR?

Before and even more so now these in IMO are ridiculously cheap, but we will see !!!

This will with In House push them to 10m turnover group with 1.2 m profit in the future. And they sit on a market cap of 6m with little borrowings!!!

Appears a good acquisition on favourable terms.

Worth reiterating:-

"As there is very little overlap in terms of the client base, there are
opportunities to cross-sell."

and

"With both companies currently trading ahead of last year's performance, the board is confident that this acquisition represents extremely good value for our investors."

As egoi poited out the final paragraph is excellent,

"With no dilution to existing shareholdings, there will inevitably be an enhancement to earnings per share."

Excellent news :-)

GHF

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is warning employers to ensure they take proper precautions over the management of asbestos in their buildings. This follows HSE's prosecution of a South London NHS Trust.

St George's Healthcare NHS Trust, Tooting, Wandsworth was fined £5,000 and ordered to pay costs of £6,432 at the City of London Magistrates' Court, after it pleaded guilty of breaching Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002.

This could be an example of the cross selling opportunity between In House who have established contacts and contracts with many hospital trusts around the country and ALS Adamsons for Asbestos surveying.
