It little wonder that PHSC brought In House the more I look at it it looks to me as very good deal indeed when you read the following alarming artical :

"The dossier of reports also revealed 107 hospitals did not have the correct food safety documents and 25 had poor staff training".

they could get very busy indeed :

BBus the spread means nothing; as you seem to be au fait with? (my 10k buy at 45.5p last week already looking rather nice); as you say £1.00 is an interesting intermediate aim.

Meantime I have a target of a base camp (after ambling through the foothills lol), at 60-70p; probably a few stale bulls who would accept that, clearing the way for a sharper rise thereafter.

In future we will have to rely on daft things - like the already strong fundamentals, good cash balance, proven management and superb business growth prospects along with a plethora of already identified attractive acquisition targets. How dull. -:(

Still got some other company shares I bought in 2003; can see a company like this going the same way.

But I can live with the 'wait'! -:)

That large spread means very little to long term holders because most of us won't be taking profits sub £1.

I concur with egoi.

I've also given this one careful consideration for well over 12 months and believe it has all the hallmarks of a long term investment.
Without being repetitive I feel that the recent trading statement the most bullish to date and also happen to think the "In House" acquisition an excellent piece of business.

Given the fact that they raised funds with reputable institutions, approx 75% of the stock is tightly held, exhibit a strong balance sheet, operate in growth sectors with a shareprice that has remained static for several years (despite considerable progress) provided me with confidence to invest with a longer term horizon.
In fact you only have to go back a few weeks to see that someone selling 10k was offered a price 3p below the bid at the time which should discourage traders.

I've reviewed my holdings/strategy recently and decided to invest in a few opportunities which could see expotential growth over the next few years in sectors I consider non cyclical.
A few companies on undemanding ratings (IMHO) meet this criteria.
Several in the technology sector, and of course.....PHSC.

Anyway, always nice to see the price rise following an investment:-)

Kind regards,
GHF

Good link Walker.

Nice thing about today's gain is that any buyers out there in the wings will see it is the second time up through 50p recently, and they will have to up their target price I reckon. I'll buy my final tranche (if funds etc!!) on any pullback below 50p for example, as opposed to the 45p I was rather hoping for.

PS: Am not in this for short term gain, it's what I consider an 'investment' stock, at this price.

Nice to see the tick up hope your going to be around for sometime and not just for lunch !!

Quite a few jobs going around the UK on the RSA Envoronmental health web site which I check now and again a lot of them for housing inspections and HHSRS inspections.

This HHSRS work will get pretty busy I would think as every other person I meet has become a landlord !!!

and Mr Darling announcement re housing : The government will spend more than £4bn over the next three years to help people in poor-quality housing make renovations.

Nice GHF. When there were these two trades of 66k and 50k last week, I thought the mms had 16k to offload in total. I bought 15,000 'of them' you bought more than they had left, and so a mark up on today's small buys is no surprise. Nice.
The 3p mark up really suggests overhang is history - a 1p mark up would probably not have. At this rate overhang becomes hangover! -:)

Bottoms up? -:)

As per edit below, flanduffer filtered; I rather think he might turn out to have a 'very close relative' on here. -;) But given we just ticked up again perhaps we ought to welcome these comedians!

Nice to see a tick up :-)
It was difficult getting my 2nd tranche at the offer yesterday and hopefully I cleared out any overhang.

Useful link here, Adamson's in a huge growth aarea - sad though the awful consequences are of Asbestos. Adamson's is providing an absolutely vital service.

PS: Can everyone filter this wally, period; he craves oxygen - does not care what he says or his lies are; or what the response is - as long as he gets any response (even 'yawn' only suits his cause).
By giving him oxygen you just help keep him here.

The appearance of an idiot like bustedflush1 on this board is a sign that PHSC's true value is about to be recognised by the market.

The way this company burns through cash it can't be long before the massive discounted fundraising takes place.

Massive dilution on way.

GHF, you're welcome, but pretty please don't make me read bustedflush's comments! The filter button is there for a reason! -:(
But do agree his analysis is usually humorous. -:)

Poodle has made the same fundraising comment about every company I've been invested in that he's posted on.
He has a proud 100% 'wrong' rate so far.

bustedflush1 - Post 201

I expect a huge discounted fund raising soon which will lead to massive dilution for current holders.

Certainly made me chuckle :-)
£1M+ net cash at the moment I believe......

Also thanks for your kind words egoi. Let's hope we're right.

GHF
