Does anyone know if there is precedent for delisting POG in the UK?
Do we then request paper share certificates and lodge them with Capita?
Would loss of access to SWIFT have a (major) impact on POG's ability to sell?

What it all means that the scums will now pick this company up for next to nothing... so in that regard the plan is working just fine.

You might be confused Robert... Guidance for 21 was circa 500k but circa 400 was produced.Production guidance for 22 is 380 to 420k.

Earnings from two years ago aren't representative of this year's, let alone last year's, interest costs are well down and the bond they are refinancing this November will be financed internally to Russia investors. Issue is POG has more Western shareholders and isn't well enough established on the Russian Market, and isn't dividend paying yet, so is vulnerable to panic dumping.

If it stays at these levels I expect Polyus, or someone else, will buy them for the POX plant, all the assets are in Russia so no concerns for a Russian buyer.

Circa 30 times earnings, with debt interest not covered by earnings.No access to western credit markets will kill shareholders. Not the gold mine, just western shareholders.

EUA is another russian one that will be worth nothing soon. At one stage that was over 100 times up from its lowest all time price.
