Great news on mortgages today, surprised to see PSN down. 50 points of its intra day high, i have added a few more.

Not sure that this will be perceived as positive news in the morning Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, who said the U.S. economy faced a series of "headwinds." He cited damage to the U.S. housing sector and mortgage markets, and a sharp tightening in credit.

Yes cr been a rough few weeks would like to see psn stay above £8.00 then build from there !! Like i have said before long term holder from £4.40 in this for the div and growth potential however it's never nice seeing paper profits disappear !!!

Yes the dividend on this is very attractive & one of the reasons I hold and will continue to do so ,plus the solid fundamentals of this well ran company give me the confidence for a long term hold plus top ups on the selling dips all round no brainier to me

KITO691 - agree, looking at the market through the prism of the nearing 'fiscal cliff' is not my perspective, I need dividend yielding shares long term to be able to make my mortgage history. 5 years of PSN will help and that is my minimum hold target...

Yes agree with you I'm long term as well , problem is at present with this fiscal cliff fiasco people winding down positions in view of the worst case scenario , as we have seen over and over again these problems always get sorted in the 11 th hour , the worry is the damage they do in the run up Cracking share this with a fantastic divi and major growth potential long term not a worry short term volatileGood luck all holders

Agree.

The mkt in general seems weak, dunno what the shares will do - it's an uphill struggle for many stocks with Fisca Cliff on the mids of many imo.

All delayed, worked and broker to broker type trades by the look of it. Firsts of the month, a lot of funds window dress around this time so not sure what they are. Not sells tho, every trade on SETs is both a buy and a sell that match off. Up 2.5% on good volume is a very positive imo.
