I smell an upside breakout and 30% would be about right IMO

Not as scientific as BBs but often more accurate

good Spot 4girls - last time BB was this tight was just before the 30%+ jump when Skrill acquisition was announced 18 months ago

...who knows maybe we are in for a repeat !!

They will never acquire anything listed unless a merger. The goodwill involved would not be clever

SP looking like it could make the step up to £5 at any moment.

I agree though, it is time for the next meal. Getting hungry here. I still think SCH is where they should start. Hoover up the gaming related payment processors.

Acquisition and Organic growth are one in the same when it comes to PAYS

PAYS is an Acquisition Animal that likes to double in size through acquisition:

Neteller ----> Optimal (X2 MV)

Optimal------> Meritus, GMA, FANS ( X2 MV)

Optimal -----> Skrill(+Ukash), Income Access (X2 MV)

PAYSAFE -----> next sitting....." Reserved" (X2 MV)

....mngmt ability to successfully integrate new business is what drives the organic growth !!!

I'm inclined to agree buffythebuffoon but the non organic growth is rather good.

I'm not overly excited at growing principally by acquisition. I far prefer organic growth.

I think Eh9 mentioned Euro Stoxx 600 entry in post 3359 - which seems most likely

Order book on PAYS looks healthy which is more than can be said in general today.

In a year's time we will look back at 450p and realise that it was merely a another stepping stone.... JL has a very strategic mind-set.... I just looked back at some of the earlier posts on this BB - number 43 caught my eye - it is from last November when share price was around 330-340p

“As we approach $1bn in revenue, we need to find companies that can move the dial a little bit and make sure they add a material amount of revenue and profit.”

And just last week we had JL talking about move the Market Value of PAYS to $6bn.....

He has a tendency to delivery on what he says so watch this space... 481m shares =$6bn MV => $12.47(£9.50)per share

More than double where we are now if acquisitions are financed completely from debt and no new equity issued.... but even is a part finance we could still be comfortably looking at another 50% rise inside 12 months... I love this stock !!!!!

Its trying its best. Just got to break that 450 and hold it I feel.
That should provide new momentum.

Thanks EH9 - that makes sense - hadn't spotted your earlier 3356 post before I posted - should of hit the refresh button first :)

...oddly the 10m+ was in around where AEK had shorted.... but probably just coincidence

MI tomorrow, would be surprised if they do not provide an update post-results/acquisition.
