12/10/2016 21:46 | No mention anywhere that I can find - sadly | trentendboy
12/10/2016 21:41 | Of course no mention of PAYS - how do we know we are the partner? | trentendboy
12/10/2016 20:44 | IBM-Paysafe 2020Https://www.ibm. | eh9
12/10/2016 18:37 | @johnv - the answer is yes if there are more shares in circulation because the profits at that point in time are fixed. The only way they could do it to protect current investors would be to give all the proceeds of the listing to share holders before the listing. Then if shareholders wanted to use the cash to buy shares on the open market they could. | ralphmalph
12/10/2016 18:36 | @pshevlin - funnily enough they have no obligation to report until 4% is breached or position cut below 3% - pure gamesmanship methinks | wolfhound1
12/10/2016 17:12 | Goldman Sachs at it again. I wish I knew what! | pshevlin
12/10/2016 14:00 | Hi John hope you are well and lifted! | ddav
12/10/2016 13:25 | Agreed - US investors have a stronger appetite for risk and tech stocks. A PE of 20 would lead to a serious share price uplift. | trentendboy
12/10/2016 13:04 | Real benefit of Nasdaq is a rerating of PE multiple PAYS forward PE of 11-12 ( see Pshevlins earlier post) Zoom traded on about 20xPE prior to PAYPAL bid at 27xPE | wolfhound1
12/10/2016 12:02 | Do not think so. Nice intra-day reversal. Does not mean more shares in issue. | trentendboy
12/10/2016 11:59 | Does a NASDAQ listing end up diluting the eps? | johnv
12/10/2016 11:57 | perhaps following the next big takeover deal of someone like SCH to solidify their gaming sector credentials. It will be interesting to see if someone like IMB will take a piece of PAYS to profit from their launch | trentendboy
12/10/2016 08:25 | How long before a NASDAQ listing? | pshevlin
12/10/2016 08:24 | Getting cheaper all the time. Should be almost double. | pshevlin
11/10/2016 12:55 | Barclays forecast 2017 eps at 47 cents. At the current exchange rate that puts PAYS on a forward P/E of under 12. That's before 20:20, acquisitions, upgrades, possible US online gambling etc. Still cheap methinks. | melf
11/10/2016 12:49 | Pennsylvania. The re-scheduled meeting relates to legalising online gambling in the state. | melf
11/10/2016 12:27 | what's the PA? | ihatemms
11/10/2016 12:19 | Perhaps unlikely, but PA may still surprise us - the re-scheduled meeting is on the 18th October. | lomax99
11/10/2016 11:26 | This time two weeks and Money 2020 will be in full flow !! | wolfhound1
11/10/2016 11:23 | Sterling still falling......$1.15 wouldn't do us any harm :-) Deutsche Bank strategist George Saravelos has been predicting a slide to $1.15 since last year and says the pound might now get there faster. "If you look at yesterday or the day before, it can go very quickly now. The basis for our forecast was the very bad flow picture in the UK, even without Brexit. The more it becomes clear that the policy direction is going toward a hard Brexit and the faster the economic costs appear, the faster we are going to get there." | melf
10/10/2016 21:00 | Thanks again Wolf and EH 9. Bwana. | matrix25
10/10/2016 17:27 | He knows about the big announcement at 20:20 | eh9
10/10/2016 16:58 | pleasure Andy Mack Hey if JL is right about hitting $6bn then his personal worth given his 9mn shares will be worth a hefty - $80mn + Now if you needed any incentive to get PAYS share price to kick on there you have it - WTS !!! | wolfhound1
