@johnv - the answer is yes if there are more shares in circulation because the profits at that point in time are fixed. The only way they could do it to protect current investors would be to give all the proceeds of the listing to share holders before the listing. Then if shareholders wanted to use the cash to buy shares on the open market they could.

Agreed - US investors have a stronger appetite for risk and tech stocks.

A PE of 20 would lead to a serious share price uplift.

Real benefit of Nasdaq is a rerating of PE multiple

PAYS forward PE of 11-12 ( see Pshevlins earlier post)

Zoom traded on about 20xPE prior to PAYPAL bid at 27xPE

perhaps following the next big takeover deal of someone like SCH to solidify their gaming sector credentials.

It will be interesting to see if someone like IMB will take a piece of PAYS to profit from their launch

Barclays forecast 2017 eps at 47 cents. At the current exchange rate that puts PAYS on a forward P/E of under 12. That's before 20:20, acquisitions, upgrades, possible US online gambling etc.

Still cheap methinks.

Sterling still falling......$1.15 wouldn't do us any harm :-)

Deutsche Bank strategist George Saravelos has been predicting a slide to $1.15 since last year and says the pound might now get there faster.

"If you look at yesterday or the day before, it can go very quickly now. The basis for our forecast was the very bad flow picture in the UK, even without Brexit. The more it becomes clear that the policy direction is going toward a hard Brexit and the faster the economic costs appear, the faster we are going to get there."
