12/8/2016 19:20 | Lot of negativity today and although I'd expect the share price to be higher than where it is, as a long term investor the fundamentals haven't changed and they continue to over deliver against expectations.I personally feel at this price we are vulnerable as a bid target and as much as I would like them to go it alone and reject, the true value may reflect. The opening to the US gambling being legalised would also be a huge benefit for any bidders which you simply just couldn't price in at the moment but would be of massive benefit to a bidder in 12/18 months time.I can understand the frustration, and there is quicker money out there to be early but feel there is little downside here. Although I may have to wait a little longer for my island, it will come along with my 500p target from 18 months ago.Good luck to all! | jarega85

12/8/2016 17:54 | I guess that unless there is a strong bounce on Monday I will sell. Been holding for over 7 months with virtually nothing to show for it. I cant blame the company, they have certainly delivered. Most of the analysts covering the stock have lifted their targets which would normally bring an uptick in the share price but here we are yet again with the share price just a few pence above the pre results level. If there was a decent divi I would be more relaxed about holding but with none I think it is time to move on. If it does drop back to the 360 level again I will buy back. | salpara111
12/8/2016 16:54 | If you can buy the dips etc then weakness is fantastic as the company is phenomenally sound on a fundamental basis and anything around the 360p area is a great buy. | rhatton

12/8/2016 14:32 | The reason for the share price being held back is the new EU regulations on PSP (Payment Service Providers) which will be introduced in 2017 when a new directive PSD2 will come into effect. We are currently under the current PSD directive since 2011. The main area I see being addressed is the rise in fraudulent activity using PSP. I am a happy holder since pre FTSE250 and I trust Paysafe have carried out due diligence in preparation for this. | frankwhite

12/8/2016 11:33 | LONDON (Sharecast) - (ShareCast News) - Paysafe might not ring a bell with many stockmarket watchers, because of its frequent name changes. However, the company has thrived within the rich eco-system of online payments and electronic wallets, catering in particular to the needs of online gamblers and party-selling organisations, Tempus said. That area has been shuned by its bigger rivals. Guidance was again pushed higher at the interim stage, thanks to very strong demand for electronic wallet services and it is looking to set up a platform for merchants' orders and payments. It has also proved adept at scooping up rivals in a fast-consolidating sector and may yet turn into a bid target itself. So despite the challenging regulatory landscape and inevitable operational risks the stock is a "buy", according to Tempus | togglebrush

12/8/2016 10:50 | Some here think pe of 13-14 is not cheap because of the debt.Perhaps a better metric, which is favoured by most analysts and fund managers is EV(market cap+debt)/EBITDA.So looking at PAYSAFE's numbers: mkcap...$2597.4m Long term debt ....$539m EV...$3136.4 EBITDA guidance for 2016 ..$290m giving EV/EBITDA of 10.8 That compares with WPGs 23x, albeit historic.I dont have current year numbers to make a proper comparison but 10.8x for Paysafe is darned cheap imo! | nurdin
