They will never go for a listed company as price would be too high to be accretive - they will do another deal like skrill where the seller instead of doing an iPo benefits from the rerating in paysafe enabling win-win for both parties even at a low acquisition multiple. I would expect something very high quality like ayden or the Danish payments firm or something with a very unique technology perspective etc

Another transformational deal would make sense. It is buy or be bought IMO.

One reason why SCH has been going up every day for the last week perhaps. Smaller rival.

The drop in price could be "TO" related - they may need to raise additional funds for the next step up. Always good and bad sides to TO deals.

disappointing drop from high of day but looking at other shares with good results, STAN a case in point, went up by 10% at one point then dropped to 5%, but now well above the high point.

The gap will be filled I reckon but you can't take away the very decent results.

Out at 3pm £4.21, over 10k profit in 8 days will do me, looking at the spikes on previous good news then a rapid drop so taking no chances. Good luck you holders.I may be back.

I don't know why but pays will never go above 430p no matter how good the results.

If no opportunities arise they will look at paying a divi or share buy
backs,as stated on cnbc this morning.

Looking forward to a nice kick on in the afternoon when US markets open - would be nice to see volumes in excess of 10m shares today and a further uptick in price.

Excellent report out today with really good prospects for business growth, I will continue to hold long term until a change in the story, regardless of it finding new trading range. Buying the dip has worked wonders for me here, so far.
