Results on 6/7 - later than last year due to Appreciate acquisition. Would expect div dates confirmed then - maybe xd 13/7?

off subject but VOD is near the bottom...

Doom, by your handle I infer that you are a value investor rather than an innate pessimist? In which case current market conditions must make you quite cheerful?
I too am in VOD and have been buying PAY for some time, up to my max position.
It's certainly a buyer's market if you have an appetite for value and patience to see it through.

I’m too in VOD, average price 81p

PAY has broken the current downtrend, but may be due a back test of the breakout before progressing further……;either way I’m happy to keep holding and take the dividend

off subject but VOD is near the bottom of 5 down and should see a bounce back into the 90’s soon. May already have bottomed but too soon to say. Its actually quite similar to this one, the deeply oversold state it was in a couple of weeks back was always going to result in a bounce back towards the 460’s but the question now is whether it can keep going. There’s a series of strong overhead resistance now, could well be a case of sell the news but i continue to think the dividend is going to support the share price so we’re more likely to see some consolidation going on. 600 really is quite a long way off

6th July will provide more insight and hopefully get an update on how well (or not) Appreciate is doing and how integration is comming along.... think paypoint were saying 40m - 80m a year revenue boost. This would put paypoint revenues back to around the 200m a year.Wish I could say the same for Vodafone with their 33.5bln euro net debt..... average there is 88p so just gotta wait for a while....

I hope someone got burnt on that fall to 380.Once PAY have fully integrated Appreciate and revenue's are back to 200m+ a year, this could well see share price back to previous levels of over 600. Could well be a take over target for someone. Two quarterly divis comming up in short order 27th July and and 31st of August. Wouldn't be a surprise to see a rise in the Divi and current payment is still around 8% with easily enough cash flow to cover it. What's not to like atm. But hey, what do I know. I will still keep taking the divi in the meantime.

No mate - you are damn wrong - remember the last few weeks , the shares were drip drip drip down - if a good time for traders to buy in stages and accumulated - mate .
That’s way you are wrong in this thinking

If i was day trading i’d be picking a different type of share than this one for it. As others have said, this is more of a hold for dividends and longer term returns so whats happening at any given moment isnt relevant.
