Market cap nearly under 300m.The PE is down to about 5.7 Revenues are forecast to be at top end of expextations this year. Also, appreciate group integration should be on going and PAY have said it will be immediately earnings enhancing. So we have a market cap well under the valuations of both companies prior to the buyout, expectations of good results and yet, share price is trash.....Final results and a trading update 9th July?As they say, "the market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent".....

agree but its oversold on a daily chart and we are seeing divergences in RSI and MACD so i think the low is close. May not be the final low but there should at least be a bounce off current levels

Look at the lows for 13 feb to 28 feb, 29 mar to 19 apr, 27 apr to 9 may.

@SI, if you look at the daily chart, you'll see a similar pattern from around 13th Feb. I would be cautious to think that it's reached a base yet.

Well its a good opp to keep adding in small chunks imo.Good chance of further falls below 400p but will be scooped up by mkt imo. With the current PEGS its is a huge acquisition target imo
