Partly due to geopolitical factors beyond the control of the directors. Not that I'm a fan, I'm in the same position as you are.

Ahhh, yes. Re the final paragraph, yes, as a shareholder I'm really feeling the benefit. Top job from the board. Nurse. Nurse. NURSE...…...

The Directors believe the Capital Reorganisation is necessary to improve the marketability of the Company’s ordinary shares by creating a higher trading price per ordinary share. With shares of a low market price, small absolute movements in the share price can represent large percentage movements, resulting in volatility. Further, a public quoted company is unable to issue shares for less than the nominal value of its ordinary shares. As the Company’s share price has been trading at or around its nominal value, the Directors are also mindful that, without the Capital Reorganisation, the Company may not be able to raise funds as opportunities present themselves. The purpose of the SubDivision is to retain a low nominal value of the shares, similar to the Existing Ordinary Shares. The Board is therefore of the view that the Capital Reorganisation would benefit the Company and its Shareholders to reduce the number of Existing Ordinary Shares in issue, whilst increasing the trading price of the Company’s New Ordinary Shares.

These have now halved since the consolidation. Can someone remind me why there was a consolidation ?

I've had these so long I've just had to check my average 'in' price. It is £3.45 (new money so 3.5p old money). Not ever expecting to see my money back. May as well just sit on it now and see what happens.....

Yet another kick in the balls, eh? Have we reached a new low to sell at 0.7p (pre-consolidation price)? Hard to take that this was once same price as today ie 70p BUT before a 100:1 consolidation!!! What chance a 100 bagger from here??? At least there's still - in theory - considerable potential here if you're holding is sub 3p (sorry £3). Been a long time since there was an upward trend to the share price performance. A very long time! 8 years??? Surely got to turn the another way sometime? EDIT: maybe this is the signal to develop properties held in other countries like Uruguay & Chile??? Remember Uruguay?? LOL

LOCHLEA.......I am not a ramper and have no need to be one. I was told he may be coming as the half yearly figures are due soon and he may want to meet certain shareholders which I don't think will be you. If you feel unhappy there is the sell button you can push.

No need for no tank........ as of course he ain't coming to London in Sept/Oct. That's just BB misleading ramping nonsense. Suspect there'll be the usual webcast/presentation from Argentina ref half year performance in about 3-4 weeks time.

….lets hope it is a 'gold plated' tank so it can be melted down and used to pay a dividend to all long standing and loyal shareholders....

Are we sure he'll be able to find his way to London ? I mean, after all, he does struggle to find things. Like gold deposits for example......

No. Never. But in fairness they haven't published that many. As I understand it - the actual achieved for H1 2018 is slightly more than guidance for H2. Given that H1 had labour disruptions, national strike & severe weather conditions then H2 should in theory be a breeze to achieve?! Now about 6 months in since CEO said he expected to achieve "significant milestones" in the "ensuing year". Let's hope he delivers on that. Tick Tock.

The last RNS quoted a production guidance figure of 45k ozs for 2018. They also stated the average cost for the first 6 months was $668 per oz but I suspect the net margin for the H2 2018 will turn out to be considerably healthier.
