Hi, That is true but on the other hand I think you will find that one of the reasons or maybe the only reason for doing this is to get institutions to buy into the Company as most institutions say that the share price has to be over a certain amount for them to invest. I hope I am right

...in my experience consolidation merely presents an opportunity for the share price to fall.

When the price of individual shares is near zero there isn't too much leeway for falls. If you boost up the price by reducing the number of shares you create a situation where there is then some fresh downward space......

Well why not wait until next week when the AGM takes place and hopefully there will be some more news on how they are getting on.........

Gold is looking a very interesting proposition.

Also the average gold price Patagonia realised at was 1258! It's is now 1340 and I think with the macro political environment gold will go to around 1800 which will mean using your time frame (2-3 years) I think we could be more than 400m mkp

Doing really well I meant by doing much better ! The forecast is 59k this year from cap-oeste which is higher than the last update and with drilling in September and other investments I think 300m mkp is possible.

PGD is not "really doing well". They have invested well over £300m for a return of that investment being a realistic net earnings potential of circa £25m pa. That is of course if PoG stays on average at current levels.
Why that sort of IRR would justify a MC of "300-400m" is beyond me.

What is clearly happening is PGD is turning a corner. And potentially a good recovery play. And if Calcatreu can start producing in 2-3 years time then it'll be a different ball game.

Hello Kirk
How do you justify those figures

The company is doing really wellNow with increased revenues and big targets for 2018. If gold stays above 1300 I just can't see why this should not be a 300-400m mkp company.

Hi eblitz

It is an odd one I grant you to be a rollover.

Hi Lochlea
I understand your opinion but how can it be a rollover on the first day
of a new F/Y. It would be no good for the holder or the MM

Looks like a rollover trade on 6 April to me.
