16/5/2014 09:58 | Just cannot stand trolls who enjoy scaring people into selling at a loss. DYOR! At least buywell2 concedes the low share price might offer a good opportunity to make a profit over the longer term. Just sit and wait. Might put my PTV profits here gla | knigel
16/5/2014 09:45 | Littlemadam, it is not me, someone must have been desperate. | orvil
16/5/2014 09:36 | KN's interpretation of the "being with aim guidelines" was datewise ... ie by june , yes I know their record time-wise is indeterminate But without the actual email I wonder what else could be in there You don't see too many stocks with Mkt Cap of about 30% of Turnover unless they are in dire circumstances Yes I know about Main Sponsor coughing up around £3m and their loss affecting results However this could present an interesting play Should they return next year | buywell2
16/5/2014 09:33 | It says THE ANNUAL REPORT WILL BE RELEASED AS PER AIM LISTING RULES. ANY ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE MADE TO ALL SHAREHOLDERS AT THE SAME RIME.. BTW why i should have to prove any thing to non holders is laughable | knigel
16/5/2014 09:30 | Its on my work enail. Anyone can email and ask. It means within six months ie by end of June | knigel
16/5/2014 09:20 | What does the phrase ''The results will be within AIM guidelines'' mean Please post the email KN so we can judge for ourselves | buywell2
16/5/2014 09:17 | who said "being with aim guidelines" and what does it mean ? | buywell2
16/5/2014 09:10 | KN has had an email but won't share I note advfn last year turnover for PAA was in excess of £6m This sits at odds with the current Mkt Cap of just £2.5m but there again there was a Loss The coming results could be viewed as transformational for those invested in the company There could be opportunities however to invest | buywell2
16/5/2014 09:09 | BTW scaring investors into selling with baseless 30p placing untruths IS repulsive. 1.33 MILLION raised just 6 months ago and drop in prize money counters a large part of not having the main sponsor. | knigel
16/5/2014 09:06 | It's a closed period. | knigel
16/5/2014 09:02 | KN you said yesterday "the share price will stay at this level until the next update imo". That was one of your bestest, most groundless, pointless, stupid, rampy posts EVER!!! It's made me chuckle today so thanks! As I've said repeatedly, the failure to find a big sponsor for The Championship left the possibility that PAA would be short of funds to pay their contractual commitments to that event (prize money etc). I stress again that that's just a possibility that should IMO be considered. We don't know what the outcome for that event was but if Mr Market has got wind of a placing (idle speculation) that might explain the tumbling price. I repeat again that if a placing is needed to pay Felipe Aguilar & co their well earned dues my entirely guessed price for that placing is 30p. Why don't you lazy so and so's phone up the house broker and ask them why they withdrew their forecasts? Meantime the PAA guru Dusseldorf continues to average down into a potential disaster without even bothering (apparently) to try to find out what's going on. Good luck to you all - I hope my bearish stance is proven entirely incorrect! | britishb
16/5/2014 08:17 | You say the seller could only be one of 7. Is mr wee finally cutting his losses? Or is it orvil? Bloody dire, whatever. What happened to the intended Directors buying? If we don't see ANY buying soon, from anyone, we never will. Then what? | littlemadam
16/5/2014 07:49 | I missed this email news What did it say ? | buywell2
16/5/2014 07:45 | Good. If people keep selling then the share price will continue to fall. The last three RNS were good news items. The results will be within AIM guidelines (as per email I received) so probably mid June. Until the results are out there is really not much else to say except... AIM is pretty dire in general at the moment! | knigel
16/5/2014 07:43 | If you are correct in your placing theory bb Then current shareholders would be all but wiped out with the current Mkt Cap of £2.5m as whoever took part in the placing which I guess would have to raise circa £3m plus and thus would become by far the virtual owners Any ideas who that might be ? If results are as bad as you suggest ..... then a drop towards about 45p ish would have to happen for your 30p number for the cash call | buywell2
16/5/2014 07:39 | I'm saying nothing | buywell2
15/5/2014 22:59 | 25k is 600,000 PAA in old money(!), there's probably only about 7 individuals it could have been. Strange to say it, but a relief to see a trade - it's supply and demand, nobody buying, plenty selling - price goes down. 0.83% of the company sold in one trade. I'm still here just wearing a tin hat and waiting for results - suspect mid June for something solid to talk about. The odd small purchase in my sipp, which seems to buy more each time I do it.. | dusseldorf
15/5/2014 20:19 | there was a poster here a while back who said they would sell if share price went under 100p, maybe they sold the 25k at 80p ? | mister md
15/5/2014 19:34 | 29howard, yes it was a late trade - the share price will stay at this level until the next update imo. Will stick to my current holding for now as I like a wide spread of investments. If the troll next door noticed over on LSE - I have posted on over 20 different threads in the last month - it's called trading.. | knigel
15/5/2014 19:22 | knigel Sorry it has took this long to get back to you. Yes all the trades were mind totaling around 7000, sorry this is still dropping my phone showed a trade at 80p today and there it is 25000 at 80p, been out of the market and I'm not missing it or this bulletin board either. I have no idea who the 29howarrd poster is, maybe flasher as he followed me around silly for months despite a lot of my stocks doubling. Hope this recovers for you. | 29howard
15/5/2014 17:37 | Is that you posting an astonishing 295 rampy posts on the LSE TLY board in just 30 days, KN? If they make rampy hampster stuff illegal (I think one day they will) and they make the penalties retrospective I reckon you'll be eating a lot of porridge!!! 295 effing posts in a month for yet another of your useless 52 week low shares! Hang your head! | britishb
15/5/2014 14:14 | No trades to justify drop. BB last placing was at a premium so your 30p prediction ia still wide of the mark imo | knigel |
