It wasn't intended to belittle. Call it "conviction". @Sirmark

cezuan you do realise this is a E&P company ???? they all work like that ...money drill money drill ..nothing new !

As for previous you are clearly forgetting the that Farallon have sold some 12% of the company in the past 12 months and in that time we have still 3/4 fold.

Anyway I'm not going get in a spat about it I've paid for my shares and along with Billionaire investors and institution and bond providers I'm going to keep my view that this IS and WILL be the most successful drilling season of any company in the world for 2022 and I have positioned myself accordingly,

@sirmark Securing the money to drill - while also being a bet on the drilling - is not representative of "the broader market". All existing investors HAD to get the money or they all would have lost on their prior investment. That is completely different to individuals buying the share price out of conviction.

E.g. pre-drilling in 2015 the share price rose from the drilling announcement until the drilling from Oct to Dec. The same happens in high conviction pharmaceutical companies. If "the market" believes in the value of a stock, they buy it up "in anticipation". "We" are selling in anticipation.

PADAMSTER, put it this way, if it goes t1ts up it's going to hurt. You don't have to believe me.

Note Alkaid test had a 40% oil cut, which increased intermittently. It's unclear whether the well had fully cleaned up and what steady state oil cut/water cut would be.

Cezuan your clearly forgetting the 55 mln bond with no security !! they have run their number and are happy this the risk / reward and as am I :)

I have been buying from my first trade 13.8p all the way up to 94p and the later will look like a massive bargain when compared to the share price in a just 8/10 weeks.

DHb368 any evidence you have he is not a shorter. Do you know him? Or are you just taking his word from his comments via a keyboard. If the latter then more fool you

Cezuam - either you have been asleep, don’t understand or read the rns or a shorter. The money was raised across a number of fronts including the broader market

NGMS is not a shorter, he is extremely risk averse.

He obviously see some positives in the PANR investment case, even if he chooses to focus on the risks on this board. Some comfort should be taken from the fact that he is invested in PANR, quite significantly as I understand.

NGMS - my comment was in general of your pessimistic views considering you allege to long. Many may believe you are but I don’t

@padamster Yes, for real! Raising necessary money to secure a prior investment is different from the broader market not participating in it.

Re: your added "day to day". I said "3-4m avg. over months", 2 months that is. Sellers dominate buyers since then. It is a legitimate concern since we are entering the results period.
In pharamaceutical stocks this is the moment - leading up to the experimental data - where people "buy the convincing gamble", e.g. Buyers are missing atm.

PADAMSTER, you seriously don't think they will not produce, nor need to dispose of water in the success case?

Cezuan are you for real - the company has raised 96m and you are asking why people are not buying?! There will be occasions where on a day to day basis there is a lack of buyers and conversely works the other way.
NGMS - the shorter appears again with his strategy.

@Winner
I think people here focus too much on the sellers. The volume is higher, but not large with 3-4 million daily volume on avg. over the last weeks.
One has to wonder why no one is buying, not why some are selling.
It is clear who would like to sell. All those that bought this year around 30p or last year around 40. There are enough of those and they take some unnecessary risk off.
But why does no one buy? At ~1/3rd of what the 2 analysts think is present value, especially on the background of the valuations that people traffic in PANR forums, what explains the lack of interest to "take the gamble" or to "take the opportunity"?
I find it a bit concerning.

Well PANR are clearly expecting oil to flow seeing as there are two tankers already parked up, ready for the oil.

Could this be Farrallon selling the last of their stock and ignoring the sensible market approach I wonder . An over zealous lowering of the share price . Still it gives further buying opportunities in advance of next week and the months to follow given the greatest volume of news flow in the company’s history. Been difficult to buy on occasions today , which speaks volumes in my view
