The 150k that got put on the offer soon went, very good appetite today.

I'm expecting spudding news next week and tubing rig confirmation next week also :)

So next week we should really start to get the stakes loaded down, your either in or out for this, the most impactful drill in the world for 2022. Any form of success is going to be massive !

@John There are so many larger investors that have very low entries. If they decide to cash in and there is no sufficient amount of newly incoming investors, the price will fall or rise slowly. I think that's been happening. One might consider that happening upon results, too. Not the position I thought we'd be in @80$ oil just before results!

My take is that options are usually exercised when expiring or when somebody wants to cash in on them. Maybe the value is important to him and he doesn’t want the financial risk of letting them run through this season. Wouldn’t mean he doesn’t believe in the company, some people just aren’t prepared to have all eggs in one basket. Expect he’d still be rewarded substantially in the upside case.

Presumably the JH options are related to standing down & being up for re-election at the AGM? Would he lose the options if not re-elected? GLA C

500,000 of the 2,575,000 share options being exercised relate to Justin Hondris, a director of the Company as detailed in the PDMR Notification below.

An application is being made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective, and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 18th January 2022. Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue, and therefore the total number of voting rights, will be 747,002,203.

It wouldn't surprise me if PANR announces Talitha and Theta West results against a backdrop of $100 oil.

That's going to focus a few minds in the success case.

So seems they have stopped the afternoon transfer/sale/purchase whatever it was. Some calculations there was just shy of 10mln (9.756mln)shares traded on that method since the 4th January I was going to try and give different reasons / arguments for buy or sell assumption but both have there own merits so I wont bother but its worth noting today it appears to have stopped and we have gained 5%

Good luck all ... bring on the tubing drill next week :)

NGMS. Well that’s not quite true is it . There is no borrowed stock . The margin on other instruments is way out , so absolutely not . This isn’t BP OR Shell. There are not millions of shares floating about . This is a relatively tightly held AIM stock . Different, completely different

Looking at todays update I can see BFF test at Talitha starting next week. A positive result in BFF would be a transformational result for Pantheon Resources. This is starting to get very interesting

Re the $55m of convertibles my experience in the market is that institutions do not typically buy a bond position to turf it out just 6 weeks later purely because it is "in the money".

Or alternatively Farralon have sold many millions into this market and (IMHO) continue to do so, while at the same time the price has risen from 30p to where it is now. I wonder what will happen when they finish selling?
