That rig must have created some traffic jam on the Dalton Highway at 1mph. Flanks in the RNS makes sense but why specify "distil flanks"?

Yet the "Results of Capital Raise" RNS of 8th December specificaly mentions "future farmout" of the assets.Also PANR may be fully funded but there is always risk ; results could be disappointing.

Prove the asset up and add x 10 value....then sell or farmout. You don't farmout your crown jewels for pennies on the dollar. If you look at the best teams across the AIM resource stocks the ones that hold on and prove up are the best. The ones who farmout cheaply and tell everyone what a great deal they have done are the ones you should walk away from. The management of PANR have been working on this for a decade, they are very experienced and know they maybe sitting on one of the largest onshore oil finds. To think they would farmout now is, quite frankly, ludicrous.

The ice road from the Dalton Highway to the Talitha #A location, together with the pad at the Talitha #A location have both been completed and the camp set up. Construction of the eight mile ice road from Talitha #A to the Theta West #1 location is also approximately 50% completed.

The Nordic Calista #3 rig, the rig used to drill Talitha #A last year, commenced its mobilisation from Deadhorse, Alaska to the Talitha #A location on 4th January where it is expected to arrive by 6th January. Once on location, it will prepare the Talitha #A well bore for testing operations. When completed, the rig will mobilise to the Theta West #1 location and used for drilling operations. As Talitha #A was drilled last season, a smaller low cost coiled tubing unit will conduct testing operations.

Thanks for posting the link nascarmike.As the vid says it was posted 22 hours ago (and I'm posting at 5:30 am) and it will have taken someone a little bit of time to edit & upload, and it says the journey would take around 36 hours, then the rig should pretty much be there by close of play today.Let the good times roll!

Dear All - the "traffic event" alert pertaining to the Nordic-Calista Rig No3 moving from Deadhorse to PANR's ice road has been removed. This is one of those cases where no news is good news!!

Looking forward to the official video from PANR tomorrow. As stated earlier, I'm liking PANR's Twitter game this season. The photos published on Twitter earlier today must have been taken in the last 24 hours or so. Here's hoping the official PANR Twitter account becomes a constructive source of commentary and images this winter season. If this initial flurry of tweets is a precursor of future activity, I welcome it wholeheartedly.
