08/12/2021 07:43 | One of the brokers had 170p the other 172p "fair value". With the uncertainty around fund raising and the upcoming program removed, it would be logical for these to be raised. | ![]() unlikely2
08/12/2021 07:40 | Hiya Scot, one of your key objectives done now is it, RI at a decent price? I don’t know, you tell us. RI as I and others predicted, not the farm out that you’ve been suggesting/implying for months, possibly mischievously? I’ve updated my post from 6 months ago. Your response to this email at that time, was predictably weak and I paraphrase your response: “many PANR shareholder know who I am but I won’t tell you as I don’t engage with people about private matters”. Hilarious. Here is my post 14702 from June 21 updated with new figures in brackets: Looking at your history on ADFVN you’ve made over 2000 (now 2,250) posts about PANR on ADVFN since December 2015. That’s some going, particularly when many of those posts are quite wordy. In your first post you stated and I paraphrase, you’d been a PANR shareholder for about 3.5 years, had followed the PANR threads but hadn’t posted anything previously. Then you started. And boy have you carried on and on and on, 2000+ (now 2250+) posts, in fact you’ve averaged about one a day for 5.5 (now 6) years. You’ve also not posted on ADVFN about any other company during this period as far as I can see, but feel free to correct me on this point (there’s another one for you). So how about confirming to us all what is your REAL agenda? Professional promoter? Close connections to someone at PANR? For the avoidance of doubt, I don’t know, and I’m not accusing you of anything underhand, but what motivates you to post constant positive messages so often about only one company, having previously posted nothing about that company for 3.5 years, even though you were a shareholder? Doesn’t strike me as remotely typical behaviour of your average private investor. I think there’s more to your involvement with this company than you’re prepared to let on isn’t there? | ![]() raweden

08/12/2021 07:32 | scott7pan - until you go through every single one of the rebuttal points contained in post #20003, I suspect you will be treated with the intellectual scorn you so richly deserve. That pathetic "hit piece" was so crammed full of errors that not even this forum's awkward squad could make use of one of your ridiculously poorly you researched barbs. There is no way you managed money directly at GSAM or Carlyle. Your "research" was awful. I'm not exaggerating here when I assess it was no better than first year undergraduate level. It's up to you but I'd move on from here because we're just going to laugh at you every time you post. Clown. | ![]() scot126
08/12/2021 07:27 | So they've raised $41m with the 47,637,583 New Ordinary Shares issued and will be raising another $55m with the convertible and those will have a floor of 65p but then be subject to VWAP going forwards? | ![]() bad gateway

08/12/2021 07:11 | Has to be one of the most appealing fund raises in the history of an AIM listed company. All of the uncertainty has now been vaporised and we can look forward to an incredibly busy 2022 with numerous possibilities of absolute transformation. Good luck all | winner66

08/12/2021 04:40 | You do talk some twaddle...Anyone with 500k PANR will have them in tax efficient accounts, selling these would lose that status.PrimaryBid & placing shares can only go into Trading accounts, so not into tax efficient accounts. If you applied for 500k new shares there is every chance you will receive way less.If a $30m placing was oversubscribed, in last year's environment ( most were scaled back to around 65% of application level from memory?) you'll likely get even less than 50% of them given the placing this year is for $18m & the PoO is around double last years figure. | ![]() chris0805
08/12/2021 01:02 | Winner66 - you are a Grade A simpleton. By causing a stir and encouraging PANR shareholders to all simultaneously ring up tons of brokers late last week, you assisted in building and maintaining a wave of rumours about an imminent placing. You were, at least partially, the reason the equity issue was done at 65p rather than, say, 70p or 72p. Any of your fellow shareholders who did not manage to follow their money in this deal, for whatever reason, have now suffered extra dilution due, in part, to your extreme ignorance. You can take your infantile demand for an apology and stick it right..... And to the 10 people who upticked you....I hope each and every one of you was able to follow your money because otherwise you gave a thumbs up to an ignorant buffoon who just cost you money. Which makes you uptickers rather easily led. Start asking questions. There are folk here with decades of experience. Use them. And please stop listening to people who may shout loudly but who patently know sweet FA. Now then, Rabito79, you out there? Would you kindly plug 65p into your model so that any brand new shareholders at 65p can see the potential returns we're all looking at *just from this winter's activities only. You never know, some PB flippers may actually do some reading and become investors?! PS Winner66 - be under no illusion, you are an overconfident moron. | ![]() scot126
08/12/2021 00:58 | Well, in the circs, this seems like a good result for Pantheon. The potential farm out company/companies will have felt that they had Pantheon over a barrel given that the winter drilling season was pretty much here and they will have thought that Pantheon would have to take the farm cos low ball offer. Well no! Up your Delours! The cash has instead been raised with only 5% dilution and the company has funded its drilling programme without having to hand over a slug of the business to the farm out co. Roll on 2022. I suspect the shares will come off tomorrow first thing as an arb opportunity plays out, but there after it should recover given that the company is now on a better funding and financial footing compared to where it was when the shares were last at this level a few weeks ago. IMHO. | ![]() references

08/12/2021 00:15 | Pro, the problem with your plan is that if you've applied for 500k, you're absolutely committed to take them. What if you can't sell 500k above 65 and don't have cash to buy the remainder? Oops! | forwood |
