If you delve into the statement :



31st Dec 2022


Cash and cash equivalents 16,335,676

Trade and other payables 6,336,999

So at 31st Decemeber they have 16m cash but 6m in payments due to be paid.



Now......on 30th March they only state cash of 10.8m dollars, but there is no figure given for Trade and other payables......so it we assume its still 6m dollars.....

Then they have 4.8m "free cash" plus any receivables due to be paid to them.


Again.......where is this lie you are imagining ?

If in the interims RNS they had said

Unrestricted cash of 10.8m dollars at 30th March 2023......there would be no assumptions or possible confusion.


But they said



· Cash on hand 30 March 2023: $10.8 million


So is that including payables due or not ? If they said "Unrestricted cash on hand 30 March 2023 : 10.8 million dollars....then it would be clear for me....

So please point me to where these lies you imagine are ?

Olderwiser but it's there in the RNS saying cash at 30th March 10.8million USD.

But there is no consolidated accounts statement to go with it.

So its including the payables or not?

Payables at 31st December was 6m.....

What's the lie?

Notice they dont talk about unrestricted cash..........just "cash".

Of course.........you have to pay your bills......and "payables" looks to be about 6 million.

So if you take cash of 10m and then deduct payables of 6m it leaves what, 4m of free cash...... unrestricted ?

Thats my take on a quick glance at the itnerims, but perhaps I am wrong ??!!

You may have taken something out of context or assumed some kind of incorrect meaning from something.... That is your error.... And does not turn anything into a lie.... Purely contextual errors.
