Relax badgateway. You’ve been caught out diving into a conversation between me and JakNife which has suggested that you ‘know’ more about JakNife’s views and trading positions than is apparently currently accessible through advfn’s search function.

At least some more people may now be aware of the search function such that they can look back at someone’s previous posts, take screenshots when they were written, see if they’ve edited them to subsequently deceive/misrepresent - a much better way to judge someone’s MO and ‘integrityR17;.

Must get back to writing that presentation 🤣

What I will say though is that MOST people on here are savvy enough to work out when something is made up. There’s been lots of content of that ilk written on here recently.

Problem is, when things are made up, more often than not you get caught out, don’t you?

Pos - oil explorers and drug developers have binary events with wildly different outcomes. The only way to sensibly price is to risk adjust. The trouble with the risk adjusted price is it is almost always wrong once the binary outcome is known. Pantheon's share price during drilling probably went over the top of fair value. Everything went smoothly from the spud to the end of the horizontal and the share price reacted to those events. Interestingly there was significant selling as the stimulation was under way, a long way shy of testing.

The binary event that didn't happen was oil flowing. Had the well started producing at 2000 barrels per day of sweet light then the risk adjusted share price at the time would have been far too low. Had it started flowing 1000 then again that news would probably have been bought. What actually happened are results well below the risk adjusted value at the time, and the market made a step change to a new level. The new level puts a much lower rating on the chance of success based on the evidence collected so far.

Badgateway - if you can’t find any of Jak’s old posts, how do you know when he had a view on PANR, and what the price was at the time?

As such, how can you “jump in” and speak for him?
