12/1/2023 10:06 | Hpcg - let me start with the process. Someone has to show interest before opening a cheque book or are you saying it should happen the other way around? Have you heard of NDAs and the propose of these? Have you heard of Procurement processes and the activity of due diligence? | padamster
12/1/2023 09:54 | r.e. the data room, I would be interested too if I was in the area. Data is expensive to collect so a free look is worth people's time. There is a world of difference between expressing interest and getting ready to open the chequebook. Actually having a publicly announced data room is a warning sound in itself. If the drill bit results were any good then the phone would be off the hook and there would already be a commercial element for those looking to farm in. Pantheon, with the data in hand would be driving the negotiations, not the other way around. | hpcg

12/1/2023 09:25 | Who you quoting with your generous sprinklings of parenthesis here Johnny swan? And it must be very exciting to have just learned how to copy and paste. Try harder. | evilblues
12/1/2023 09:18 | Kuparuk = operational problems, can't prove commerciality, "but the promise is there". Theta West = operational problems, can't prove commerciality, "but the promise is there". SMD = operational problems, can't prove commerciality, "but the promise is there". Alkaid = operational problems, can't prove commerciality, "but the promise is there". As the guild continue to sing the praises of management, management are selling shares at 120p before the share price crashes 70%. | johnswan193

12/1/2023 08:58 | Read this on Twitter and so copied over....someones not happy. Is this true, did they really award themsevles 21.7 million share options just for "drilling a hole" ? .........Executive directors rewarded themselves 21.7 mn options, with 50% vesting within 12 months and the remaining 50% vesting "upon Alkaid #2 well penetrating a primary target" Read that again...options vesting when A2 is drilled -- not producing, not meeting production guidance threshold, not having proof of commerciality. Simply being drilled. That's your basic job @PantheonResour1 mgmt and you gets paid a handsome salary for that $PANR #PANR | pro_s2009
12/1/2023 08:58 | jakNife - my view that posting defamatory statements online is libel is one that is supported by a number of sources, inc from internet lawyers Adlex: Your claim to have shaped internet laws in this respect is clearly one that is not universally shared! Internet defamation is defamation, regardless of what you call it. But common law holds that spoken defamation is slander, written defamtion is libel. I recall our last exchange on this and perhaps you can remind me which court held that bb posts are slander. Unless it is a House of Lords ruliing, it is unlikely to carry much weight. | forwood

12/1/2023 08:13 | A quick summary of the key messages on flow and pricing from the Blythe Ray interview Very close to guidance now (137.5 liquids out of 150bpd guidance), with a proportion of the high value liquids unrecoverable in test mode going to flare. The value of the higher volume liquids stream will increase to very very near ANS pricing, when these high value components going to flare are recovered. Without chilling and drying capacity, it is known these high value barrels are going to flare. Gas drive from the reservoir is higher, it would normally drive higher recovery percentages. A strong plan to seek industry as a partner. (Bob) “We're in the middle of testing the Alkaid well, and that data is being incorporated into that package from Schlumberger, and we've, we have a number of parties, that have already expressed interest in the project, and it's the focus, absolutely the focus of our technical team's attention, to bring in a partner or Farm, find a farminee for the project” | olderwiser2
